My wife just upgraded her phone. They charged her $70 to transfer her files and photos over. When I upgraded a month ago this was included. It's a simple app on samsung that does all the work. Then they charged her another $50 for a connection fee. Completely taking advantage of people.

Cindy and staff are the absolute best in the industry. They have helped me with corporate accounts, personal communication devices and will take the time to make sure everything you need is set up. They are always available to answer my questions, even with a text or phone call if I can’t get into the store.They also helped me save a substantial amount of money by postponing my newest purchase until the Black Friday sale, and made sure to remind me to come in when it was ready.I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my telecommunications.

My family and I were due for phones on black Friday. Cindy prepared everything that we needed ahead of time and it was a simple case of coming in and transferring data to the new phones. Despite the business of the store being black Friday everything went smoothly and efficiently. Cindy was easy to deal with and very efficient. Highly recommend.

I went to change my plan to a student plan. The email and lady on the phone said to go into a Telus store. So I went in and the lady there was extremely rude. She wouldn’t even look at my email or help me figure out the student plan. She talked to me as if I was incompetent and raised her voice a few times. Very very dissatisfied with my experience.

Customer service is amazing here. I couldn't have asked for a better experiance. As a privately owned Telus dealer they do charge a fee to transfer files from one phone to another, maybe a bit much. But overall, I will drive the 40 minutes from Airdrie to upgrade again in 2 years. Thank you so much Cindy for exceptional customer service and taking the the time to answer all my questions.❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND
