Newly renovated showers in a nice mature treed campground. Nice park and disc golf area. The only criticism might be the road and rail noise, but if you are in a camper you wouldn’t notice it.

Awesome campground in the town of Maidstone. Nice spacious level sites with trees and shrubs for privacy. Disc golf course with a walking path and pond right in the grounds. Spray pad for young kids right nearby. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Dump station was easy too access. Very quiet and relaxing place.

On a road trip across Canada, and I couldn’t find any nice rest stops on Highway 16. I just happened to try this park, but was so impressed by the facilities and walking trails. Perfect rest stop close to the highway for anyone road tripping.
