Auto Luana

I was not expecting such amazing service, after visiting a few smaller dealerships.I arrived at Luana, was assisted by Sam, calm, nice and confident the car i selected, Acura TL 2014, was great to go as it went through their inspection with a few slight repairs done. Because i still felt unsure, he proposed I take the car to go get it inspected at a mechanic of my choice, which i did. The results yielded an overall good condition! That feeling of realizing that we're dealing with a honest no pressure dealer was amazing (quite rare).Totally impressed by their service! And Sam's customer driven attitude and attention to detail during contract signing made this experience (reassuring, easy and enjoyable)I have not experienced after sale service (car problem within the next few kilometres), but if i do i'll be commenting on that.. No doubt you're in good hands with Auto Luana and i will definitely talk to my friends and family about them!

I bought a used car from Auto Luana. An Audi Q5 2013, with 185000 km. The car was clean, drove great with no rattling or any other noise (keeping in mind the mileage) and the inspection came out clean. A week later, it was extremely cold and I got a check engine light. I communicated with my sales reps, Sam, who was super helpful and arranged an appointment with the mechanic. After inspection, he said that the catalytic converter needs to be changed. They scheduled an appointment and everything was fixed without any extra back and forth. Excellent service. I am happy to say that I recommend buying a car from Auto Luana.
