Fruiticana

Very bad customer service on the counter.This is my second week I am having very bad experience both time counter lady was very rude. Most of the time when their is long line up they don’t bother to come on counter and only one person is dealing with long line up and other are walking around they don’t know how to manage frontline. Today when I came home I realized she charged me for apples which I didn’t bought . she was not even wearing name tag and when I put the mango box on the counter she said can you put this on the other end side of table . she was not even bothering to hold stuff to make a bill I was awkwardly shocked by the behaviour. On the other end I would like to appreciate the boys who are managing the store they are always helpful.

Worst customer service ever, I took my grandma shopping as she wanted to buy some produce. She picked up a box of mangoes and i told the cashier please keep it as we have more things to get, came to the cashier to pay for everything and asked where the box of mangoes were, which she sold it to another customer. She told us rudely and loud I don't know. She can see I have Elderly grandma, I asked her nicely twice but she was very defensive and rude. We pay to buy things and that's how the business runs and not having good customer service shows how low and very unskilled people are , with no manners.They need to take some CSR courses. I come from retail business myself, so I know how to respect customers. I hope you can teach all the employees to be respectful and have customer service training.

They have fresh fruits and vegetables and if not than upon asking they always give to you from the back.We can choose mangoes here the box aren't always sealed.Good customer service really helpful

This branch of Fruiticana is a bit smaller compared to its other branches. Usually it does not get too busy in here like other branches of Fruiticana.They have most of the popular vegetables and fruits that South Asians love. They also sell Indian rice, bread, tea, oil, pickles, cosmetic products and many more items.They have a frozen section where people can get frozen I dian foods which is ready to eat. They also carry a huge selection of dairy products which is 100% vegetarian.There is no meat or meat products here. But they do sell milk, yogurts and eggs. The employees are polite and well trained. Usually weekends gets a bit busy but not as busy as Fraser st Fruiticana.There are ample parkings outside of the store. I would recommend them to have more collections of Indian Chilies and spices in the store. Four star for Fruiticana ****

Worst customer service. everything is cheap quality better to try other stores.

Decent market for international foods but have scalping prices.Quite rip off for the same items you can find at other grocery stores.Floors are dirty usually, and sticky, barely any cleanliness.

The produce was not as fresh. It was very busy with a backed up checkout. Maybe I happened to visit on a bad day - only paid a single visit here since this is not my regular grocery store.

Good place buy groceries, specially for asians.

Although its a good store and i do shopping a lot of times from this store but some produce items they put on shelves are not fresh. I purchased a mango today and when i cut it, it was all black from inside. Luckily i just purchased a single piece.
