Extremely poor and upsetting. Booked 3 weeks in advance and no truck. No communication from them, no heads up, no nothing. So now what??!!! No caring that you need it today and there are no alternatives. Closest one is 4 hrs away and if we want it we have to drive 8 hrs for it. Unreal.

Kamloops office, picked up truck 7:27 a.m. 5/13/23 dropped back off at 11:43a.m. At pick up they put what they called a pre- authorization on my credit card which I received a notification (cell phone) of charge on my card of 155.91 while still at the counter. Truck was returned and charges were 122.07, this amount was not put on my card. I phoned them and a woman insisted it was a authorization estimate, I explained that the actual charge was not placed on my card, therefore the original amount was not a authorization but an actual charge. She said it was authirization and I would receive a credit for difference in a few days! Tried to explain again an authirization is not charged to the account only held for final charge which was less, she said mand you’ll get a credit for difference. When I said so the original was a charge not an authorization she hung up on me. Now I’ve been over charged and gave to wait for a refund! Will not use them again. Rude very rude to hang up on a customer, she needs customer training and accounts training. When I use a credit card to hold a hotel they do not charge my card and wait three weeks for me to come and stay. They are holding for credit if I don’t pay.

It was an incredibly difficult pickup. We were told we could pickup anytime after 12. We arrived at 2pm and the reservation was gone. It was a pain trying to get it back again and the woman on the phone s older us for being late, although we were advised differently

Terrible service! Had to make a 222 kilometer round trip to pick up our truck that we had reserved to move my 83 year old father. When I asked what my options were I was informed that you could cancel". We had the truck booked for 2 days and while driving from BC to Alberta they called me to see if I could return the truck early because they had someone waiting for a truck at our end and didn't have a truck! It seems that they are happy to take your reservation

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.
