I've been a student at Balance for many years. It's one of the best things I've ever done. Matt's passion for Jiu Jitsu and dedication to his students is unparalleled. It's a clean, professional and fun environment, focused on skill not smashing. No better way to stay fit, maintain high-energy and mental health. And make some great friends as well :)

We were visiting from out of town and we dropped in for a 6:30am open mat class. We were greeted immediately and felt welcome! Everyone was very kind and welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here!

Been going to balance for about 2 months now. The atmosphere is incredible and I felt right at home instantly. Balance is everything that you'd want in a juijitsu community and the instructors are fantastic, and the peers are equally awesome. Every class is a blast and as soon as I leave the mat I'm itching to get back. Highly recommended to anyone looking to get into juijitsu to start the journey at balance.

My kids have been training here for years. The kids program at Balance is unbelievable. They have a proven track record of developing champions and their dedication to the sport of BJJ is amazing. In addition to live classes they also have a YouTube channel to help students learn even more about the sport which really comes in handy if you are new to BJJ. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

This is an awesome club. Great atmosphere lot atmosphere, Professor Matt, and Assistant coaches Marcia and Logan are great instructors.This club also adapted quickly to the COVID-19 situation a d takes great care on the safety of their students.

What a great place to learn and get a great work out in for beginners to advanced skill levels. Matt, Marcia and the members couldn't be more welcoming. Broad range of class times with online availability and variety makes getting to classes convenient. Classes are well structured, and coaches are friendly and attentive to your individual skill level, helping out where needed. Definitely recommend!

I'm a complete beginner, but Balance is awesome. Matt and Marcia are every welcoming, professional and knowledgeable.Everyone who goes here is encouraging, that's the kind of atmosphere they foster here.Only been to a handful of classes, but I have a great time and I already see improvement. I've trained BJJ for almost 20 years and this is where I take my son. Excellent kids coaches, who are all parents - this is important because they celebrate your child's successes but can also emphasize when they're having a bad day. Highly recommended!
