Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Rivet! I had a very basic issue I needed fixed and instead of automatically coming out, they called me and tried to talk me through fixing it over the phone to save me the money of a call out. In the end I couldn’t figure it out so they came to fix it and I was impressed with their professionalism and kindness. We willdefinitely be using Rivet again in the future!

My hot water tank started to have a slow leak so I called Rivet for replacement. They came by to inspect and were able to source a tank to my spec immediately.He arrived right on time for the appointment and the work is extremely clean. The install was very professionally finished. They provided pointers on how to maintain and prolong the life of the new tank with easy maintenance tips.They have since followed up on the work and everything works perfectly!

This was our first experience with Rivet Plumbing and both my husband and I were very pleased. Dean came out for an emergency call when our pipes froze and within an hour of his arrival, we had running water again and learned how to prevent the issue from ever reoccuring. Dean was professional, timely, knowledgeable, and amiable. We would certainly contact Rivet for any future plumbing issues and we definitely intend to recommend them to all our friends in the area!

I am re-submitting it, because it was deleted for some reason.Rivet plumbing is fantastic. The service is above and beyond. Not only did they come last minute but they showed me the problem and how to repair it in the future. On time and much better price then I was quoted at other businesses. I couldn't recommend them more and will definitely use them again.

Very grateful for Scott and Rivet for coming out on such short notice to fix our grinder pump. Scott showed up late in afternoon and worked hard to get things up and running for us again. I would wager another company would have said they need to come back in the morning but Scott ran out to get parts before suppliers closed. He worked into the darkness and made it happen. It was not a pleasant job I am sure and he did it with a smile. If you have any plumbing needs do not hesitate to call them.
