I purchased 5 custom t-shirts for my family. I was quite happy with them until I realized that the decal was starting to rub off of one of them. I had already given a 5 star review on Etsy. I contacted the shop owner and she said she would send a replacement, but it never arrived. I contacted her again and she said she sent it, but had no tracking to give me, so it seems that I’m just out of luck? No further conversation was offered. Unfortunately, this leaves me disappointed with this transaction. Canada Post can’t help without tracking, but when the vendor doesn’t use a tracking shipment, I remain at a loss. Just under $175 was too much money to spend for 5 t-shirts, when the situation disappointedly ends this way.

Very poor communication and rude attitude.. I was asking for a pictures of the robe to try and see the quality.. apparently that was not a possible option.. I think because their products quality is not as advertised.Thank you for the reply songbird Canada
