It has been a pleasure to work with Downtown Suites for the past 12 years. They have maintained my property and provided an effortless experience for me while I was located outside of the province. All maintenance, tenant issues, tax/government changes, all issues relevant to my property were well communicated and I relied on them to keep me compliant. When we bought our place and lived in toronto and needed a property manager, we started with a different company and it was a nightmare. Endless problems and difficulties.Downtown Suites was recommended to us and we switched and it was amazing experience. A complete contrast to the first company.Lisa, Marcella, Ruby and the rest of the team are so incredibly warm and engaging while still being consummate professionals. Incredibly responsive and always got back to us. They just took care of everything. We were in such good hands and felt so secure even though we were miles away.We moved back to town and moved into our suite. They made sure it all went well and gave great advice along the way. They think of everything. We will miss dealing with the team but we are very appreciative and highly endorse their work.

Unprofessional,We sent them a message through padmapper a few weeks ago. We made an appointment to see one of their places and we never got any kind of confirmation or rejection from them.After that we called them on the day of the appointment to confirm if we would actually be able to meet the realtor, and we checked with them to see how to park. The person I spoke to on the phone said that we could park on the street and meet the realtor at the property.We showed up at the property at our appointment time and called again to try to find the realtor. The person transferred me to another person who said that they have a pending application for that property, so they aren't currently taking applications for it, so i could just have some coffee and enjoy the area".3 hours later they sent us another email saying that they are having an showing at the same property tomorrow at 4

We chose Downtown Suites after having been badly let down by another property management service. We have now been with them for ten years and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are professional and great to deal with. Highly recommended!

I have dealt with Downtown Suites both as a tenant and landlord. As far as I am concerned, they are the best property management company in Vancouver, I will only deal with them and I highly recommend their friendly and extremely professional service to anyone. It is an understatement to say that Lisa Taylor knows the rental market in Vancouver, and she is fantastic when it comes to finding suitable and reliable tenants. However, the whole team at Downtown Suites is just awesome and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
