VIP Whistler

I had a great experience working with the VIP Whistler team!Although we didn't end up booking with VIP Whistler (a friend had referred us to another company which we ended up booking with), I had gotten multiple quotes for shuttles on our Wedding day.Sean Wells and their team were very responsive and helpful - they gave some great recommendations for when we should time the departure of our shuttles, and were very transparent about costs/availability/etc.I'd definitely recommend them if I ever had to book a shuttle in the future!

Tori was early and the drive from Whistler to YVR was smooth and most enjoyable. Despite it being so early on a Sunday morning, Tori was cheerful and friendly . Will definitely use this service again and will request for Tori. Thank you!

We used the VIP shuttle service from Vancouver Airport to Whistler…then back again from Whistler to Vancouver Airport. Very comfortable ride, great cars, our driver (Chase) was simply amazing ! Very polite, helpful, on time, etc. So message to Sean, give Chase a raise !! He was the best driver I ever had anywhere we ever travelled !! Thanks a bunch !!

I highly recommend VIP Whistler as we had a wonderful experience. We used the service on our wedding day for ourselves and our family. Sean was exceptional in assisting us with the booking process and ensuring communication and attention to detail. Our driver Marcus was friendly and punctual. We were transported in comfort to our ceremony venue, an additional location for our wedding photos and then driven to our reception. We can't thank Sean and his team enough for their extraordinary service.

I reached out to VIP Whistler transportation for a quote on driving myself and my wedding party around for photos. Sean quickly sent me a quote for 4 hours and was eager to book me for this job. I took one evening to think it over and got back to him with some more details but once he realized that this was for a wedding he quickly voided the quote he gave me and claimed it was a 8 hour minimum. He had already given me a quote for 4hrs and clearly they can do less than 8 for other events but he wanted to gouge me cause it was my wedding. He also claimed that if they don’t book 8 hours their vehicles will be Repo’d because the limo season in Whistler is short. This is very poor business practice and extremely unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone in the Squamish/Whistler/Pemberton area.Richard

Our driver Kevin was great! Courteous and professional and provided useful information about where to go in Whistler eat. He made our trip up comfortable and easy.

From the first minute our car service to Whistler couldn't have gone better. Marcus was literally the closest car to the airport exit door and it only got better. After a long connecting flight from the US east coast, a relaxing, friendly ride was the perfect conclusion to our trip. My family has used different car services over many annual trips to Whistler and Marcus has by far been the stand out. He was polite and conversational but not yappy and intrusive as some drivers have been. The one stop was quick and efficient, and he even negotiated access to a locked bathroom door for my daughter. Overall 10/10, will recommend and use again.

A big thank you to Sean and the Team.VIP Whistler made our trip to Whistler Village a comfortable and memorable one.We had contacted Sean from Australia explaining that we were arriving as a family of 8 adults, all different times on the same day with lots of luggage to be transported to Whistler.VIP Whistler accommodated all our times and needs for pick up, including Sea to Sky Gondola stop, a grocery stop with all our purchases to fill up the fridge and pantry for our stay.A return trip to a Canucks Vancouver match in a clean luxurious bus, and transport back to Vancouver airport on departure day.Thank you Sean and staff for making our trip to Canada stress free for transport.Will see you again on our next trip!

Our driver Andy was great! Knowledgeable, friendly, accomodating and Tara in the office was so helpful when our flight was changed and we had to adjust last minute. Great people and company!
