I had high hopes for this place for sure, I am pretty upset with the experience recieved. First of all, my lesson started late and then finished early. Those two things should not go alongside each other in one sitting. Rather than starting the lesson off by saying so what do we want to work on"

Nobody calls you back. They must be all teaching. After awhile you just give up.

Booked a fitting which was cancelled during to Covid. They neither called or informed me that the booking was cancelled. I then received a confirmation email confirming the appointment after I had called and confirmed it had been cancelled. I then had to reschedule my appointment, this was not done by golftec. The fitting went well but I was only able to try 3 manufacturers of clubs. When I called and emailed back to confirm the type of shafts recommended (light or medium flex) I never received a reply back. I was not impressed with their communication back to the customer.

I made an appointment with an instructor and on the day of, I got a phone call approximately an hour and a half before stating that he was sick and thus couldn't make the lesson (which was on a Friday morning). Didn't sound apologetic and offered nothing as a result of the last minute cancellation, but said he would call early the next week to re-schedule. Never heard from him again. I would recommend taking your business somewhere else.

Great staff exactly what I was looking for to step my game up! All the staff are easy to talk to and very accommodating. I would recommend people at all levels of the game to give them a try we can always improve and that what they specialize in!!!Serge L

The industry trained staff with their input and video feedback from the launch monitor has greatly improved my game. It's nice to have the option to practice and get lessons year-round. It makes starting off the new golf season much easier. The one-on-one lessons allow you to get immediate feedback and take your newfound knowledge to the course. Practice sessions with the video launch monitor allow you to not just hit balls, but view all things involved with your golf swing and let your coach know if there are areas you think you need help with. Jordan is a very knowledgeable coach, very passionate in what he does. He really lets you know when you replicate what he is teaching. The app lets you view past lessons to see how your swing has progressed over time. I’ve been able to work on all aspects of the game using their putting, short game and outdoor lesson. When I need new clubs, they can fit me with their custom fitting system using the data generated from the launch monitor. Overall, it’s been a great experience, derived from a chance meeting on the golf course.

The swing analyses by the instructor has been by far the best way to improve my swings. It's impossible to know what I am doing wrong in the field but take 30 minutes to correct what I am doing wrong analytically. J.R. has been a great instructor, very friendly and easy going. He goes his way to accommodate my busy schedule. I really enjoy going to this place.

Spence is fantastic; first ever iron fitting, it was informative, professional, and friendly. Highly recommended.
