Thank you!!! Minor fender bender fixed super easily by these guys no issue at all. Other place told us $500, the guy here was able to fix it on the spot with no charge since it was just a tiny bump and confirmed no major damage needing repairs.

2018 Santa Fe purchased new at Finch has an issue with peeling paint, the 2 complaints I have are1. The communication and service provided was unacceptable. On 2 separate occasions it took a full month for information to be requested or passed on as part of the warranty claim process and this was only after I followed up multiple times. Was told each time “someone was supposed to contact you but…” and there was no apology or taking of responsibility on their part2. Finch/Hyundai refuses to take any responsibility for a factory pain job that clearly has fundamental issues as the paint continues to peel for no reason, I also purchased the “Platinum Protection Warranty” But have been told that since the pain is only peeling and there’s no rust this does not qualify..Avoid at all Cost!

Very professional and honest staff. The work was great and on top of that I left some coins in the car which I found was kept in the box between the front seats.

Seriously, I had the worst experience of my life here at Finch Hyundai. I strongly recommend that you avoid this place no matter what. My vehicle has been waiting for parts for more than 15 weeks (work scheduled to be completed in two weeks) They never contacted me first. Tired of waiting, I contacted them every time. Worst of all is that I'm still waiting for the parts for almost four months, plus I'm paying for the rental car. They don't help me at all and I have to pay thousands of dollars for the rental car. How did something so unfair happen to me? They haven't done anything for my convenience in that long time. Why do I have to bear this mental and economic burden? They should have contacted me regularly at least and provided me with convenience for vehicles. They can only tell me to wait. They are not willing to provide any convenience. Why do I have to hold out for four months to cover thousands of dollars for a rental car? How long do I have to wait for my car to be repaired?

Had a Catalytic Converter stolen just before a planned road trip across Canada. Finch was able to quickly source parts and complete the repairs - and our road trip went ahead as planned. Friendly people and great service - thanks to all!

Long story:We recently had a car accident last month and our car insurance which is Travelers suggested FCC to fix our car. Our car is not drivable"

Worst experience in my life. Save yourself and avoid this place at all costs. They had my vehicle for over 7 weeks (for a job that was slated to be done in 2) stating they were waiting on parts. I got fed up and said I found another company who could get the parts in quicker and were willing to cover my $500 deductible. All of a sudden they too could waive cover my $500 deductible and miraculously the parts had just come in and the vehicle would be ready for pick up the next day. I then still had to then bring the car back twice as issues were still not fixed (window safety lock not working, car horn not Working!) Also, don't let them pick your vehicle up. You may think it's more convenient, but the first time, they spilt coffee all over my vehicle and the second time my windshield wiper came back damaged. If you want shoddy workmanship, poor customer service, and headaches then use them. If not avoid this place like a plague.

Seamless from the initial consultation to completion of repair. The dealer I bought the truck from wouldn’t even look at the vehicle for warranty purposes. Finch took the time to investigate the problem and repaired the issue without hassle. The service was so good that I will be talking to the sales department for my next vehicle purchase. Thanks Dan! Finch is the largest car dealer around and there’s a reason why!
