The woman who assisted me was amazing. She helped me pick out suitable frames and spent a lot of time explaining the different progressive options. I highly recommend her. The store has tons of frame options.

Awful experience. The person I was with was incredibly pushy and would not leave me alone. She kept pressuring me to try on frames I didn't want. Additionally she miss spelt my name and adress multiple times. She even did this on the receipt that I had to submit to my insurance company. I was also told that my glasses would be ready in 1-2 weeks. When I called after 2 weeks the person on the phone was very rude. She said they should be done the day after I called. This never happened. I called again today only to be met with the same treatment. She says she will call me tomorrow, but at this point my experience is irredeemable and I will not be returning after I get my glasses.Edit: ya she never called and I waited a month for my glasses. They forgot to send in my second pair in so I'm waiting on those too. They didn't adjust my glasses and when I asked them to I was told they couldn't. Not thrilled I'd give it a 0 if it was possible

Very friendly staff. They took the time to make sure that my children picked the right glasses and didn't rush them. I'm definitely going back to get my prescription glasses there.

I have tried a lot of places before I went into Hakim for a pair of glasses. The service ad collection here is unbelievable. The doctor actually gave me a through exam and determined how my vision power has changed which the other doctor totally missed last time that was not that long ago. But the most impressive was Ms.Sanada's assistance in choosing frames. She is immensely knowledgeable and experienced that she can pick the best suited frames for your face no matter how you look or want to look. She works with you, for your satisfaction. She also made a huge impact in me because she offered all possible offers available helping me get not one but four frames well inside my budget. Hakim, I thank you for such amazing staff at your esteemed company

Fantastic service and selection. No pushy salespeople trying to force you to go with them; just friendly, knowledgeable help. Walked into the store looking for new frames after 5 years. First tech to help me asked me what I was looking for, what styles I liked, and what my prescription was, and immediately brought me to the perfect pair of glasses. I walked around the store and found six more, and he and another tech helped me narrow them down to two.I was given pricing break downs that both included my cost after what my insurance covers, and the price as a whole. Alternative lens options were easy to understand (most included demonstrations too!) and cost breakdowns so I could make an informed decision with all the numbers and facts.Fantastic service. Fantastic selection. Good prices and promos. Well recommended.

For the indigenous people looking to get their glasses done they accept status for the glasses but not for the optometrist which means you have to go get your appointment to get your eyes checked somewhere else.

Senada is the best. She helped me find great frames for my big head and gave me great service.I don't have insurance and my prescription is bonkers, so I really appreciated her assistance in finding the correct deal for me. I usually pay far more for my eyeglasses than I did here.

The screw from my glasses fell out while i was at work managed to keep it from getting lost untill my shift was over and the absolutely friendly staff was gracious enough to not only put the screw back in, but replaced it with a new one. Thank you and when i am in neednof new glasses ill definitely be returning here.
