July 6, Rasheem(I am sure I am spelling wrong) arrived on time for reserved taxi from rural address to Glace Bay hospital. Friendly, polite, helpful, good and safe driving as was his friend on return trip.Polite and helpful dispatchers and safe drivers much appreciated.

The worst taxi on the island would never recommend using infact id buy a horse and wagon first! Any guy that picks you up is either rude or has been smoking too much and doesn't drive properly and if you ever have a problem to call the office for you will only get yelled cussed out and hung up on it's just a bad way to run a public transportation system.. I guess that's why citywide is losing their contracts and have no business anymore..

Terrible Service. Just had a driver try to take us on a longer route to get to the hospital. Mentioned it to him twice and then he finally went the correct way. Upon getting out of the taxi he was confrontational and got in our face telling us he was going to call the cops. Worst service I have ever received in a taxi ever. Beware

Absolutely ridiculous pricing and never near the same amount every day for about almost 2 weeks have been getting taxi to and from the same locations drive to unnamed place costs 21 dollars just now I get back from taxi an cost me 40 dollars... tell me how it's possible n also yesterday cost 33 and 27vi dont undertand the pricing its Absolutely outrages FIX YOUR SET RATES

Had a phone call with their dispatcher/customer care service rep on 11/28/2022 - Told him that we are waiting for the taxi which never came.He rudely replied, that taxi was already there which was not right and he yelled over the phone and used F word thrice and said he will send a another taxi.So here’s the thing - Why someone unprofessional and inadequate person working as a dispatcher if they can’t have manners to communicate to their customers if things aren’t going smooth?Note to company - Please hire someone who has work ethics and better customer service than this unprofessional individual who doesn’t know how to talk.

In Sydney on business without the luxury of a vehicle so I had to rely on taxi. I used City Taxi several times and each time the drivers were super friendly. The third driver did not have debit which I was not informed of until reaching my destination (in 2021 and in the middle of a pandemic where few of us carry cash you’d think that would be a must).Rates are excellent compared to other cities, which is a bonus. Overall I recommend this company but ensure that they send a car that has debit available as I will be doing going forward.

I paid 3 different fares for the same ride. When I asked the driver for the fare, he quoted higher than what I usually pay for, and I was called a liar on my face. Regardless, he paged dispatch, and they were able to explain better. Calling a customer liar within 3 hours of him using your cab service twice is all the business you are gonna get from this customer.
