Civic Family Health Centre

Dr. Ajit is our family doctor. He is very helpful, knowledgable and supportive. He genuinely cares for his patients and provides good advice. He listens to our concerns with patience.The front desk is also very helpful specially Jaya. Receptionists have never been rude to us. The added benefit is the pharmacy located in the centre where the pharmacists are able to guide you well too.

I feel lucky that I found this clinic. The front desk is very kind and friendly. Also the doctor is very professional and knowledgeable. They responded very quick and covered everything I need. Thank you.

I have been here for both in-person and online consultation. In both situations, i see time management is pathetic and in-case of online, appointment would be made in the evening 6PM but we don't get doctor's call even at 7:30 PM and unsure if either call would be made or not. We need to hold the phone in hands and keep on waiting which is rediculous. Also, Saturday evening phone appointments are going to happen upon pharmancy timings and need to wait until Monday morning to start using the medicine. Atleast the prescription wouldn't be shared to us to have the medicine outside the pharmacy. I sincerely request to think from patience pain point and request you for early appointments and work towards improvement of time management.

I have been so pleased with my interactions with this Civic Family Health Centre office. The staff are responsive and friendly and Dr. Ajit Baruah is lovely, very kind and helpful.

Worst service. Receptionist is so rude and arrogrant. I just called today about some questions and she did not even answer it properly and rudely hung up my phone. They should know how to talk to the patients if the patients are nice to them.

My family and I have been going to this Clinic for close to 3 years. We all are patients of Dr.H Mand. We always have very pleasant experience with Dr.Mand. Dr.Mand is very thorough, patient and knowledgeable, always there to take care of her patients. The front desk staff is very helpful too. Most of the time whenever in some urgency we need an appointment, the staff always helps out and make adjustments for us. We are very happy with Dr.H Mand and the entire staff of Civic Family Health Clinic.

Dr Ajit is the best family doctor that one can have. He is an extremely polite person and maintains personal connect with the patient till patient recovers fully. I’m glad that he is our family doctor. His front desk staff is also very supportive and polite. They are easily accessible on the call and always respond back in timely manner. I would highly recommend him and his clinic.

Just had the worst experience with the receptionist they were very rude and she hung up the phone on me. When I wasn’t done talking to her!!! I gave simple instructions, and they still could not follow it. My parents like the doctor, but their staff is horrible.

The Physicians are so nice to talk to, I mean great people when you need them. Front desk staff (one of three I have dealt with) not sure why so much arrogant, rude and attitude for what reason.Don’t want to name her on public platform but next time I will make personal request to my family doctor to please spare patients from such staff.
