I went there was absolutely my first time and it was great experience and, ice cream was delicious. The awesome girl working there her name is Jasleen. She was helpful, nice and so patient with us.

There has been a substantial decrease in quality of the entire experience of this location. The employee immediately seemed annoyed to be serving two people when the store was otherwise empty at 5:30pm on a Thursday. The ice cream was not weighed out and as a result I believe we did not receive the appropriate amount of ice cream that was paid for. The slab was not cleaned fully and ice cream was placed on a thawed" area on the marble. When I started eating the ice cream was mostly melted and crystallized ice

Absolutely love their ice cream. Kids went here for an ice cream and my son started to throw a full tantrum as he wanted more. The ladies there came to rescue calmed him down and offered an extra cup to make him feel better. Absolutely love the customer service. Great place to satisfy your sweet tooth and for kids to get any toppings added to their ice cream. We go here on a regular basis.

We have lived in the area for the past 15 years and have visited this location many times in the past years. Unfortunately we have noticed that this locations slowly going downhill. We thought we would give this location another try, after many months away. To our surprise it continued to disappoint. The ice cream was soft and soupy, the ice cream was not weighted, the mess behind the counter from previous orders was all over the cold slabs, the floors were dirty and both employees had their ear pods in while asking the customers to repeat themselves multiple times. We will definitely will not be returning to this location.

First time visiting this location coming all the way from Caledonia so disappointed, very different from Hamilton location. The guy didn’t used gloves when touching the waffle cone. The attitude when my mom was ordering the guy got little upset because she changed her mind Not a lot of options available for different flavours. Ice cream didn’t taste good. First and last time here. Don’t recommend it!

I generally enjoy going to Marble Slab, but I will never go to this location ever again, and I don't think you should either.We waited 15 minutes for the family of 3 in front of us to be served. Slow doesn't begin to describe it.The ice cream was soupy, and they were out of many of the mix-ins. The waffle cone was holey. The raspberries (which are quite tasty at other locations) were an unrecognizable mush of seeds and juice, which made the already soupy ice cream even soupier. I asked for brownies, but was told that I can't have them because they're too hard (???). If I had known that I couldn't get brownies, I would've left and gone elsewhere. The whole point of Marble Slab is the mix-ins.Paying $8.59 + tax + tip (the system had the audacity to ask for a tip! If you go there, beware: they don't deserve it) is a total rip-off for inedible ice cream. The disgusting sour-raspberry-juice-infused ice cream melted through the cone in no time, and tasted so bad that I ended up pouring it down the sink. Prior to today, I wouldn't have thought it possible to have ice cream so gross that I wouldn't want to eat it. (And before you say it's my fault for choosing raspberries, I've gotten it many times at other locations with no issues.)If you're in the area and want to have ice cream, there is a Dairy Queen very close by. The Baskin Robbins a little further away is quite good. Alternatively, there is a plethora of grocery stores nearby from which you can buy a tub of excellent quality ice cream for less than the price of a drippy dairy soup from Marble Slab.

Should've read reviews before I went there this morning! Wanted to treat my coworkers with a flavours I've picked online. Lady showed up at 11:15. Started to open the register and told me that ice cream will not be ready for another 20 min. WHY the hey your website states you are open at 11? open for what?She was not sorry she lost the customer, did not care a bit.Baskin Robin at Walkers & Dundas saved the day. Thanks goodness for business that cares.

I went into this place today to bring my dad for ice cream for his birthday. I've never been so grossed out especially in a place in Burlington like this. There was cockroaches in the bathroom when I walked in. There was hair like long and black in the bucket of ice cream. Then My dad found hair in his ice cream he ordered. We said nothing as it was busy and didn't want to call a screen but it was disgusting. Use to come here a lot. Will NEVER be back.

I happened to have been in Burlington to visit my family and went to get some ice cream from Marble Slab.I have been regularly getting the cheesecake from the one in Halifax and went to get the same. The guy was a delight to speak to. The place was clean. Like really clean. I didn’t get the name of the guy but he was friendly, knowledgeable and knew how to greet his clients. I guess I have one more reason to be in Burlington than just visiting my family, and Marble Slab is that, thanks to the guy who showed professionalism, dedication to keeping his workplace clean, and doing everything from taking the order, to mixing, to handing over my icecream with gratitude.Super Happy.
