I am somebody who has required professional counselling since I was a child due to various circumstances stemming from childhood. I have tried many forms of recovery such as medication, therapists etc., …many many therapists…. At the time, of course, due to previous incompatibilities in my history of my recovery, I was skeptical with the thought of trying yet another counsellor, but Diane seemed very different during her initial call. She spent way more time with me on this “free 15min” call that was advertised at the time. She just cared, she had answers, as well as strength and confidence. The way she operates her business in terms of time structure, her pricing to allow such structure, her outlook on psychological health and how to handle adversity is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. In just three sessions, she has freed me from crippling barriers that i cannot disclose but my quality of life has increased dramatically and I will never call another counsel or therapist again. I’m off my medication and have been thriving for the first time in a long time and it’s all thanks to her. I wouldn’t call her a counsellor, I wouldn’t call her a therapist. She’s just… Diane. Thank you so much Diane for freeing my mind and opening my heart. You have become one of my biggest influences and I can’t wait to uncover more with you in the future. Thank you for believing in me.

I was lucky to be given a referral to Diane by a close friend of mine. As someone who had never worked w a counsellor before, I was slightly wary. When I learned that Diane is part counsellor and part performance coach, I was interested in giving her a chance.
