I won’t criticize I will just I won’t criticize I will just share my experience. I stored my boat here. They winterized and shrink wrap the boat when I picked up the boat it was still in the shrinkwrap when I took it to the boat launch ramp there was not even a click when I turned the ignition when I looked at the battery both terminals were connected and the battery switch was in the on position so the battery drained over the winter and became useless dead I brought this up with the manager and suggested they should give me a new battery because they forgot to disconnect and his answer was we’re not responsible for anything I offered to pay halfHe said no it would’ve cost $70 they would’ve kept my business so you decide if this is a place you want to deal with

purchased a used boat advertised as in excellent working condition" from them beginning of summer..has not worked since the day we drove it off there lot....will not help us or come service it after 1 failed attempt ..told us its our problem and we have to pay to fix it. boat is still dead at our dock and hen we call them to help they hang up on us and tell us to stop calling because they have other customers to deal with my advice is to stay away there "mechanic" is not a boat mechanic and has no idea what he is doing...we waited for him to come to fix it and he failed to show and when we went there to confront him he said oh I am busy working on the owners sons car! they are all very rude and arrogant and do NOT but customer service first just getting your money! the manager there BJ keeps saying "oh you got a good deal on the boat" omg is she kidding me! its only a good deal if the thing works!! who knows what is wrong with it or how much money it is going to cost us to fix when they should have had it in working serviced condition when we picked it up!"

The staff at Boatland are top notch. They were helpful, upfront about any extra cost and reliable. We purchased a beautiful boat from here and I would definitely recommend them. Thanks Louie and Steve.

Had them look at my boat that would not start unless i chocked it. they replaced the ignition switch and claimed it was fine. TMy transom saver was broken, the batteries were flat, my jug of oil was missing, there was no spare key for the new ignition switch and the bung was missing...they promised to send it to me,I took the boat on the water, it started one time and then left us stranded on the water, and we had to get a tow back to shore. I tried to call them a few times and they did not answer the phone and never called me backI took the boat to another repair shop who told me the switch they installed was the wrong one, it was also a used one that looked to be very old and had rusted from being exposed to the elements. the 600$ i paid to get y boat back was the least of the issue. TThese people are dishonest, very unreliable and i would never use them again.

Great place to buy a boat as the sales centre is very accommodating and friendly. However, the customer service AFTER you buy a boat can use a lot of help as I do not find that they not very accomodating. Customer Service AFTER purchasing a boat should almost be just as important as the service you receive prior purchasing a boat.

We went in looking for parts for an older Thundercraft OMC motor. Mike spent lots of time looking up information for us and explained how some of those parts worked. He knows his stuff and is a nice guy to deal with.

Just want to send a big thank you to your Service Tech Mike.I'm brand new to the boating world and I had a tonne of questions regarding our new boat. I wanted to ensure it was running properly and he spent the time to research different props for me. Mike gave me a bunch of recommendations to check for. I'll be sure to bring the boat in for any service it requires and am already considering purchasing a new boat from Boatland next year.I've been super impressed with the parts desk employees as well. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After a very negative experience with an RV place with a similar name, which Boatland used to share space with, I almost didn't go in, thinking they were run by the same people. I couldn't be happier I did. A+

Terrible place to deal with tried to get 2018 sun tracker pontoon appraised so as to transfer warranty in 15 days of purchase and guess what Louie calls leaves snotty message that yes they can do it just drop boat off for 2 weeks then they might get to it. I don’t know why anyone would buy from these guys drive a little further and buy from better dealer.

Absolutely unprofessional and rip-off artists!!! Had brought boat in for a tune up and they said it was going to be a week. On week 2 I called them and they hadn't even looked at it! To top it off once they had looked at it, all they did was change an oil filter and give me a useless battery that didn't last a season. For the bargain price of 2 hours labour and $350!Don't waste your time or money on these guys.
