One Stop Vape Shop Lethbridge

First time into this store......loved the atmosphere, and the vibe. The people who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. One of the best selections I've seen for juice and pricing isn't out to lunch. I'll definitely be back, and letting friends know that this is my new go-to place.

Went to the Calgary location and it was horrible. They didn't have the juice I wanted so I attempted to test some other flavours. Most of the testers we're clogged and felt gross to even test, definitely needed a cleaning. Also, the batteries on two of the testers were dead so we had to share one. Customer service was lacking.It's close but I would rather drive across town. Won't be back.

They definitely don't carry the greatest selections of devices or e-liquids... Definitely not One Stop"..."

Great customer service. as a new person to the vaping scene and not that knowledgeable on products and how to care for my new vape. Max and Mariah gave me vaping 101 class and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions. Will go to this store even if it out of my way. Great job

Seems as though they sell expired juices. Bought four bottles of the same flavor and two of them tasted horrible and tainted brand new coils. Not the first time I have purchased expired/bad juice from this store. Went in the other day to talk to them about it and was brushed aside. I have spent around 2000$ in this store but will not be spending any more. I suggest you search elsewhere for you vaping needs. If you do go to this store check expiration dates - if there are none on the bottles don't buy them!

The best ship ive come across! Car's are the most helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I've recommended the shop to friends and people I meet all the time. Certainly a great place for new and experienced users to go!

Found some juice I wanted. Staff was helpful, but no particularly. Lots of TVs at the juice bar didn't really help any. I have to name a really popular juice to find something that I wanted. Prices were about what you'd expect for a retail shop. I'd buy stuff here again in theory, but wouldn't go out of my way.

I went in there to buy e-juice and after I left I decided to check the date on the juice and it was EXPIRED over 1 year!! They did not give me a refund or even give it to me for a discounted price. Or a replacement product because it was also all expired. (It's still on the shelf I might add, vapour blueberry blast" is the flavour). They did offer 25% on another one so I'm still out more money! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!!"

I am not a vape person per say, I know of the people that run the place and for those who have purchased items. Great location easy access and good knowledge of the product

Horrible experience with the Northside location. Having issues with the vape I got last friday (smok Scar p5) is the brand. When I returned to the store and told the kid behind the counter all the issues I was having with it. Such as battery issues and when you turn it on or off or change wattage it will go from 100% to 90% instantly and continue dropping rapidly. As well as the device spits juice when at 100% charge.He replies with oh it must be the juice your running through the vape wich is prophet by illusion. And there is nothing wrong with the juice as it's been used in other vapes. And he still continues on about how it's probably the juice and how he cant do anything for me. Couldn't even offer to sell me a new battery or perhaps a charger so I dont plug in the mod directly. Staff here are useless. I can return product through the company SMOK and probably get a new device that hasn't been sitting on shelf for 6 months before being purchased. And will never be returning to this store
