Great customer service. Answered our question about product information immediately and updated website to include info. We ordered online and one of the items was the wrong product but they sent out the correct item the same afternoon I called.

My last 2 orders with this company have been cancelled after not having inventory as listed online. This seems to be a recurring issue with inventories listed online vs actually product availability. My confidence is not very high with ordering from this place. It took over a week on the first order before I was notified the item was not available.

Friendly staff!! Some places I've been to, the staff won't even speak with me in English. This place had it all!! What a great outdoor play store✌️ Highly recommend stopping here for anyone who is traveling and needing extra gear.
