Not good service at this location. It is just off the highway, making it convenient for a quick stop off at the drive-thru. However, service was slow and somewhat rude, and the food itself was not well prepared. Fries were spilt in the bag, pop tasted more like soda water then Pepsi, and the burger was a mess with condiments all over the sides. Overall not a great experience and it is clear management of this particular location either doesn't care, or isn't watching their employees.

It’s your run of the mill Harvey’s. Relatively decent service and the food is what you suspect.My biggest gripe is the location of the restaurant’s garbages. Right beside the pickup window. Maybe that’s fine for Oct - Apr, but when it gets warm it’s just a terrible place for this and the smell you get when completing the transaction.

My wife and son went to Harvey’s last night . My son ordered the crispy chicken meal and the chicken patty was not cooked. My wife ordered the Original meal and she took two bites and threw the rest in the garbage. The burger was cold . I don’t know what happened here but the quality has gone down hill . Save your money and go elsewhere

Came here to celebrate my kid's acceptance into business school (his humble choice). Food was great, service was prompt & friendly. Thx Rubal, Sukh, & Sahil for making our proud day as parents even better!

Ordered off app. Was quick and no hassle. Ordered two burgers and a side of frings. Fries and onion rings were great, but the burgers were terrible. Were not hot at all. Patty was luke warm and not fully cooked. Did not eat remaining.

I also ordered off the app. I had the same experience as the guy a week before, so I don't sound too obtuse the positive is the chicken nuggets were fine. But, I went in before they cooked it and asked for my burger to be well done instead I got a half cooked PINK Burger with chunks of charcoal spread throughout it I didn't notice until I was halfway through my burger while I kept tasting charcoal! (update: got sick later, family food??)No care was done to the onion rings cuz they were fried together they weren't even separated. So obviously the cook is either not trained or doesn't care. Don't bother with apologies and asking me to fill out the form you should always get it right take pride behind your restaurant

Great in the sense you can choose your toppings though I find the food is a bit cool. Now that it has frozen fries its just not the same. It used to be the best fast food but now I find Wendy's tastes hotter and fresher - even better pop next door and have Swiss Chalet.
