I really like this place! I had good experience and customer service. She was nice and did an amazing job with my hair. She took her time to do it and for sure I'll come back.The protocol for safety about covid is really good, since enter you can sanitize your hands and provide toy mask. Everywhere is clean and you feel secure. Don't hesitate and just try! You won't regret.

I love procuts!! I used to be traumatized from past hair salons cutting or dyeing my hair in ways that I didn’t ask for. I’ve now been going to Morgan from procuts for a few years and she is THE BEST!!! She always makes sure to talk to me before the appointment to make sure she knows exactly what I want done, and I’ve never been disappointed with my hair. She is amazing!! The rest of the staff at procuts are also so kind to me every time I go in and the salon itself is always kept clean and tidy. I added 2 photos of my dyed hair, both brown and blonde were done by Morgan!! (:

Found Morgan on Instagram and loved work at first sight. So I decided to book an appointment. I was so happy with my service and level of care she provided. Will definitely be making her my regular stylist.

Sarah has been my daughters and i go to hairdresaer for years. She knows her stuff, is always. Plesant and my daugther Violet adores her. We always go to Sarah and are always please when we leave with out new haircuts.

I have always had amazing experience at pro cuts with Morgan and Sara! I haven’t been their ever since Covid started but, they all are so sweet and kind! Listen to what you want and very social people! Love all the work they do and the owner is a sweetheart, always so welcoming!

I'm cringing while writing this because I really don't want to hurt anyone's feelings and I won't mention anyone specific, but I needed to share my experience in case others have a similar hair situation.I went here for a colour treatment and while it turned out beautiful, along with a gorgeous blowout, my overall experience was a little traumatic. To preface, I have very long & thick hair, and I mentioned during the colour application process (multiple times) that I have been in the process of regrowing my hair after autoimmune diagnosis in 2019; so when it comes to brushing through, sectioning, etc., my scalp is very sensitive to pulling. While she was slightly gentle after I would mention it, she still went right back to yanking through my hair; this was consistent throughout the consult, colour application, and blow-dry. There were more than 3 times that I reminded her to go gently and I also told her about my scalp sensitivity & autoimmune journey, but eventually I accepted that there wasn't enough empathy so I just anxiously waited until the appointment was done.I work in the hospitality industry so I know it hurts to receive poor feedback, but I couldn't just go through that experience and not say something.

I went to Morgan for balayage as she is the balayage specialist at this hair salon which is my regular salon for highlights. She did not listen to a word I said when talking about what I wanted nor did she follow the picture I showed her. She told me AFTER she was trying a new technique that did not work, did that without asking to test this on me WHILE knowing I was getting my hair done for my BIRTHDAY. I had to go back 3 times and my hair has still been uneven and CHOPPY, very sloppy work done by Morgan. Would not recommend her, was honestly such a scarring process and I got no sympathy from any of the staff they told me it looked like the picture l o l (inspo picture and initial results attached) The reason I am giving the salon 2 stars for this mess is because the owner of the salon was very sweet to me and tried to fix me up as best as possible and there are some great hair stylists here, I would give just the owner 5 stars but my overall experience for balayage was like negative 100 stars.

Morgan is a miracle worker .my hair needed help . She is a n amazing stylist and knows her colours.i went from orange and brassy to blond and sassy. I highly recommend her .5 stars all the way.. she is also super friendly.can not wait to for my next visit..
