I absolutely loved my wedding flowers from Westdale Florist! Rosanna was amazing to deal with, listened to all of our requests and fully brought our vision to life! She was also extremely accommodating when we added more arrangements to our order. We received many compliments from guests on the beautiful bouquets! Their rates are also very reasonable. Thank you so much to all of the staff! I would highly recommend using Westdale Florist for any occasion!

Working with Rosanna and Westdale Florist was an easy process from beginning to end! Her communication was great the whole process and even during Covid we were never worried about anything. The florals at our wedding were absolutely gorgeous and will recommend them to everyone we know. We couldn’t have imagined anything more beautiful for our wedding!

I have been informed that delivery has been made . However I am very disappointed with the size and amount of flowers in this arrangement versus what I chose online. This is the second time you failed with my orders. So sorry to see these kinds of business practices..!!!! The rest of my other 6 orders were also barely meeting expectations. I had decided to keep you as my florist after I work with you for my mother-in-law’s funeral flowers which was done properly. But unfortunately since then( Jan 2022) you failed repeatedly. Needless to say I will not be coming back.

Rosanna was amazing to work with, responsive, and very friendly. She did all our florals and also acted as our decorator for the day which was something we weren’t sure we’d be able to find outside of a day of coordinator/decorator. Rosanna delivered my bouquet and all my bridesmaids bouquets to where we were getting ready in the morning and had everything absolutely perfect at the venue by the time we got there. My bouquet was the bouquet of my dreams and everything was exactly as I’d pictured it. We’ve been getting flowers from Westdale Florists for years and we will continue to be loyal customers after our experience with them for our wedding.

I reached out to several local florists locally for some celebration of life flowers, and Westdale was eager to assist from the first conversation (some of the others didn't call back at all, or took days to return my call? Westdale florists are an amazing florist to use for your wedding, with service that is hard to beat. When we were searching for florists for our wedding even a year before the date, so many florists were already booked and we were worried about whether we could find a florist for our summer 2022 wedding. Living near Westdale and having passed by the shop countless times, one day I stopped by the shop and met Rosanna who is an absolute joy to work with. She was so sweet, maybe noticing I was a bit stressed from the wedding planning process, and was able to fit me in for the wedding florals. When I came back a few weeks later to pay the deposit and it happened to be my birthday when I was running errands, she didn't let me leave the shop without a lovely little complimentary bouquet also which was really sweet. Really, the whole time Rosanna went above and beyond even before the wedding, including some great little cost-saving tips. On the wedding day, they were on time/early and the florals were fresh and gorgeous with roses and blue thistle in the bouquet, better than I could have envisioned them. Overall, I highly recommend Westdale Florists - they were an absolute joy to work with and I plan to use them in future for other floral arrangements/bouquets.

Being in Miami will be missing my mother's birthday by just over a week. And I was thinking how I wished I could send some Florida sun and heat... then it dawned on me, I'll send beautiful flowers instead!Westdale Florist definitely pulled through.
