Initially, I was happy with the water system install although they had not provided a lid for one of my water tanks, but I was told it would be sent to me, which it never was. When I called to asked about this I was told by who I presume was the owner that he wasn’t told about the situation so in turn I never received the top part of a tank I paid for. Then to boot a gasket leak from the expensive pump because it was tightened to much on install occurred and when I addressed this concern I was told it was my fault because the tank was dry, which has never happened. We do not let our water get low. I do not recommend this company as they do not take accountability or follow through. Sadly disappointed.

Acott Plumbing and Heating came recommended by a co-worker. Richard responded promptly to an after hours request for a water heater and was able to painlessly facilitate a warranty replacement. His staff were professional and discovered a previously missed issue with the chimney that could have caused an exhaust issue into the house. An unrelated issue came up a few weeks later and he was my first call. His plumber was able to solve an issue saving the need to replace pipe and undertake more work. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommend!! Richard and his team have come to our rescue a few times when our hot water tank was acting up. Both times they were at our door that morning with the best service! They have great knowledge and always take the time to explain in detail. I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could!

Acott Plumbing and Heating installed an over the range microwave for us and I cannot thank and commend the installer enough who was professional and had great respect for our place and demonstrated great care when he did the work. A added bonus was the installation of a new modern thermostat to replace our ancient one. I works awesome and will no doubt be more efficient than our old one. He took the old microwave and box the new one came in. Many might say no big deal, but it is when you are a senior. Thankyou so much and all the best for the Christmas season.
