FLOSS - Dental Hygiene & Whitening Clinic

This place is hands down the best dental clinic. Julie is by far the most knowledgeable dental hygienist I have ever worked with and knew considerably more than any dentist I have seen. Not only did she do a great job with my cleaning, she provided me with cleaning tools I had never been told about before that are better suited for my teeth. She also has great connections with specialists in Alberta and I am now on the right track to finally address my more complex oral issues with the right team of experts. I highly recommend Floss!

I can't recommend Floss enough! Julie was amazing, thorough and considerate! She really explained tooth and gum health, you can tell she is passionate about what she does. During the cleaning she sought to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The end result was better than I thought!

This was my first visit to this business. Julie is most excellent at her job. She is up to date on all matters of dental hygiene and gives you the cleanest teeth by far. I totally recommend this business and Julie. She is passionate about her work and her customers.

Julie is very informative and tells you what she is doing throughout the appointment. She is very detailed with treatment plans and doesn't make it sound super intimidating. Overall a great dental experience :)

JULIE IS THE BEST DENTAL HYGIENIST EVER 1000/10 ❤️This was the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had in my life, this is a 20/10 experience and it genuinely left me feeling so much more confident with my smile. I was actually really fearful coming into the dentist because I had buliemia and my teeth has a lot of erosion, I was scared and crying. Julie was super friendly and kind, and checked in on me several times during the treatment to make sure I was comfortable and change the settings on her machine. She was very sweet and didn’t make me feel pressured to go to any procedures, in fact she was quiet educational and told me how I can keep my teeth instead of pulling them out. Here in FLOSS it’s a modern clinic space and top notch service, Julie really does care about her clients and it shows ! SHE EVEN GAVE ME A FREE ELECTRIC TOOTH BRUSH AND FLOSSING THING!I highly recommend Julie especially if you are afraid of the dentists, she is highly skilled at her job and will be gentle. My teeth have never felt this clean.ALSO SHE PUTS A PASTE IN YOUR TEETH TO SHOW YOU THE AREAS YOU MISS WHEN BRUSHING YOUR TEETH, how NEAT IS THAT !!!I really wish there was more dentists/ dentalHygienists like Julie.

Julie truly is an incredible hygienist, I am so glad I was able to discover her practice here in the Bow Valley. I admire her attention to detail as well as her level of care and professionalism. Every interaction I have had either between herself or any of the staff at Floss has been extremely friendly and efficient in their attempts to reach out, respond or follow-up. I am grateful for their service, and will not visit anywhere else for a dental cleaning so long as I live in Banff. I have been telling everyone I know about Floss, and advise anybody looking for a new hygienist to try them out!

Had my first appointment at Floss with Julie and it was amazing! She was very kind, explained what she was going to do before every step and gave me so much information about oral hygiene that no other dentist provided. 10/10 would recommend!

I've got the pleasure of meeting Julie at Floss through a friend referral.Julie is an amazing hygienist. She is very knowledgeable, kind & friendly. She always makes my visits enjoyable. Her teeth cleaning & and everything else is always gentle. I usually feel very sore and tender in the gums after going to the dentist but not at Floss.Highly recommend
