Disorganized. One employee prepped my subs and when they were almost ready to be dressed the other employee doing that job went to back and started washing dishes. The first girl kept making subs. The line got long and subs were backed up. When she came back out it was a rush job also She didnt tell me I had to get my own drink for the kids meal so I had to go back in after I had gotten to my car to check. Some better communication would have made a better experience all around.

Visited this location Feb 4 2021, the employee I believe her name was Autumn was very friendly and may possibly have made the best sub I have ever experienced in all my years. The sandwich was just as the picture advertised. My order was quite large consisting of 8 subs. Everyone was very satisfied with their food. Will definitely go back to this fine establishment.

Called to place a large order ahead of time to be sure the staff there had plenty of time to make the 12 orders. While explaining over the phone what I was looking to order I was quickly dismissed and spoken too extremely curt. I'm the only staff here and I have platter orders and don't have time to be on the phone with you for 15mins taking your order. I'll call you back " then didn't take my number to call me back. Awful customer service! Very disappointed."

Very fast and efficient service. I’m there almost every day picking up food for delivery and it’s always waiting for me, I’ve never had to wait yet! Very friendly service with a very pleasant atmosphere !

ooooh that lettuce was brown, quiite grumgly ! i just ate it fast, i am too hungry to have morals. tatsted not bad other than that brown lettuce (foot lettuce)

Good, fresh food, staff is very friendly, but it doesn't make sense to me that we can dine in and eat with our masks off, but the bathrooms are closed. I was literally doing the pee dance, but couldn't use the bathroom.
