R&G has very friendly and approachable staff. From the moment you book and appointment until you pick up your car. Mr. Kirk and Chris are very knowledgeable able about your car repair needs. I would say this place has the best price in town. I shopped around everywhere all over the city before settling down with R&G and hands down the best price in town, quick turnaround time and best of all the customer care/service is superior to most garages.They have regular business hours and are very accommodating when picking up and dropping off the vehicle.

For over 20 years, R&G has been caring for our various cars with the highest degree of competence, honesty, courtesy, and accountability. We trust their diagnosis, prognosis, pricing, and timing completely. When we moved from Pickering to Whitby, we did not, and will not, change mechanics. Was told afterwards they have an old alignment machine that could not print before and after specifications, although I requested it before the alignment service was performed. The steering wheel was not perfectly straight afterwards and it took some deliberating for them to adjust it at my request as I was told “they cannot put anymore time into it”. Appointments simply mean you drop the vehicle off and they do it when they can. Overall not the best service around.

Every experience I have had with R&G has been positive. Not only is the service always excellent, but R&G usually quotes me a price under what other shops are offering. One of their Techs, Ryan, has been my go-to guy as long as I have been using R&G as my main mechanic for almost 3 years. Will not be using any other mechanic, not even for just an oil change as long as I'm in the Durham Region.
