Worst service l have ever received. Would not recommend to anyone nickel and dime u for everything .Taking full payment before even getting your product. Never letting you know when your product is in.Took 6 months to receive order.Everyone has a different answer for U when u call.

We recently bought a new fridge off Todd in the sales department , the experience was first class . Right from the inquiry of stock to setting a delivery only two days later was just awesome . no games, no stories and no delays . We highly highly recommend these folks , sales right through to the delivery team was just awesome.

Helpful friendly staff with huge selection of furniture, appliances and accessories. Great prices and excellent warranties. They are happy to let you browse, but are easily available for questions and assistance. Quick, efficient delivery for a reasonable cost. We ALWAYS shop here first!

Went in on Saturday, Needed a new washer, ended up getting a set as on sale. Delivered today Wednesday. Very good service and the delivery boys were great. Will be back

MacDonalds held our items we purchased over the Covid crisis until we needed them (8 months). There were some issues when the appliances arrived but MacDonald's corrected the issues without hesitation. I highly recommend the people and the business that being MacDonald's Furniture and Appliances.. 100% integrity and I would deal with again any day. 5 Stars all the way

Went to purchase around $10,000.00 worth of bedroom furniture yesterday and where ignored and treated like we had the plague. Took our money elsewhere and will never darken their doorstep again. Their selection on the floor was very poor anyways and we ended up purchasing the exact same furniture we had went in there for in Owen Sound at Leon's for a better price an hour later. Their being rude cost them in dollars but from what we experienced I doubt they will learn from this.

Their post purchase service is great too -- competent, reliable, affordable, local service is a real benefit to those living in the area (especially during the sometimes harsh winters and busy summers). There is only one word to describe Macdonald's.... INCREDIBLE! It's been a long time since I have received such amazing service from a store like this. I was in need of a new washer/ dryer in a tight timeline... I called them in the morning, picked a washer/dryer and within 2 hours they had it installed and removed my old units. I was mind blown! Big thanks to Todd for helping with this. I will be coming back time and time again.

Our 10 year old Kenmore/Lg fridge crapped out the Friday before the August long weekend. I called MacDonalds and got Todd. He got back to me within an hour with a list of what they had available. We picked a model and he held it for us. We went to the store on the Tuesday and looked at several fridges. The Team and I do use that term were amazing helping us decide on the correct fridge. Delivery was set for the following Thursday between 9 and 11, they showed up at 10 and did an fabulous job switching the fridges out. We had a new fridge in time for the long weekend and all our guests. All around a Great experience. The staff at MacDonalds were very Professional and kept their word at every instance. We will be back and Thanks for everything. Ted
