Awesome experience. My boys (9 and 13) and I had little experience with kayaking, but the tour was very enjoyable. The end of August and the water was rather warm. On the way, we saw a bold eagle, sand piper and a family of ducks. The snack on the island was nice as well.

Great little cafe in Alma. It’s a new cafe located in the same building as the kayak excursion location. We sat on the new deck, enjoyed the view and had scones, jam, and fresh pressed coffee. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff!

We were a little early in the tourist season, so when I called in the evening Kayak Fundy was able to arrange an outing for the next morning. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable; the guide's diagram and explanation of tides was nicely done. We did the Molly Kool paddle, which was not as exciting and adventurous as I might have hoped, but it was probably just as well since we had a beginner in our group. We felt very safe the whole time and the paddling was easy, as we were in an estuary the whole time and not out on the bay. The brief training session was very professional, and the equipment all seemed in good shape. Recommended for a family with kids or someone new to kayaking.

Kayaking is the absolute best way to experience The Bay of Fundy and Kayak Fundy gave us an awesome tour. Amanda and Brian were not only experienced guides, but they were gracious enough to share their personal stories, making a fantastic experience even more enjoyable. The homemade snacks were super yummy. Two thumbs way up!!!

My wife and I took the Mathew's Head tour on a beautiful and calm Sunday in late June.The team was amazing. They made a possibly risky activity fun and interesting. At all times I felt very safe under their watchful eyes. Nothing escaped their attention and this showed me that we were in good hands. Their experience as guides really showed.We had a fantastic experience with Gina and Johna as our guides! They were amazing.I consider this tour to be a great value. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Alma on the Bay of Funday.

What a wonderful afternoon! Our family of 4 (all inexperienced at kayaking) had an amazing time with Paul and team. We felt so comfortable and prepared to take to the water and were able to thoroughly enjoy the sites and experience. Paul's explanation of the phenomenon that is the Bay of Fundy tides was an added bonus (best I heard through our whole trip)!This experience is a must-do when in the Bay of Fundy area! Adults, kids...experienced, not experienced...you will have such a memorable time!Thank you again!

We went on the Search for Matthew's Head tour on a sunny Sunday morning. The hour before we got on the water we learned about the kayaks, paddling and the gear as well as where we would be travelling. We did the high to low tide trip so we put in right outside the building. The waters were very rough with large swells. It was very hard work. My partner in my tandem kayak was my 8 year old daughter. She did well, but if you going with a younger child be prepared to do most of the work! We didn't quite make Matthew's Head and stopped at Herring beach instead. Which was fine with our entire group (almost half children under 12 yrs old). Snack was great. The guides were outstanding. The tour was super well organized and they knew exactly what to do to support our group and get us safely back in as the waves continued to get higher. All four of us loved the experience despite how challenging it was! Highly recommend this company. And highly recommend the experience (just know that it may not be a leisurely paddle!).

Fabulous people, great clean equipment, very friendly and safety conscious. They explained everything and helped us get into the boats. Took us along the Bay of Fundy coast and we throughly enjoyed hearing the stories about the area. Nice leisurely paddle. Great for all levels.

We were very impressed with the staff highly professional and took very good care of group. We went on August 11 8am. The journey was great everyone loved the trip. Again it was the staff that made the day
