Had what i wanted for most partwas short on a few things much the same as most places these days

Great place to do business, friendly staff and great selection

A bit tight in the isles but a lot of product, well priced, clean and friendly staff.

I have always had a great shopping experience at this store and the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Customer service isn’t very customer service-y. Sunday 2pm said we were looking for an angle grinder. Guy asks what kind. The kind that grinds angles…guy says what BRAND. So we name a brand “Nope”. Ok, so we have to play a guessing game of brands carried, or can you just point me in the direction of the angle grinders? Buy one on sale, try it at home and it just destroys the tile-inspected it and the locking ring was warped. Return it today to purchase one that will actually work (and spend a higher amount of money than yesterday) and guy at “customer service” states rudely “well looks like you used it”Yes, we *tried* to use it but the locking ring is warped.If you want any semblance of help or a friendly atmosphere- go elsewhere. If you want shoddy products they’ll give you a hard time about returning to buy something that actually works, or enjoy a game of “guess what brands we carry”- this is your store.

Always friendly and helpful. Don't always have what I want, but do their best to satisfy my needs.

Bought raised flower beds online and picked up in store. Very easy process and a short wait while the employee brought the items to my car.

Cashier had horrible attitude when we asked some questions. Spoke to customer service and explained what happened and asked same questions which he couldn’t answer either. when we asked for the cashiers name he said she has a name tag on. Never shop here again canadian tire knows how to treat customers
