I walked in looking to get a NEW CAR. The sales team almost totally ignored me. I was hardly engaged, the staff had no passion or interest if they sold or not. I tried to get the ball rolling by asking a few open ended questions, and they just gave me short yes" and "no" answers. They were not busy

Everyone at KW Mitsubishi made the process of getting a new car pretty easy. I intended on just taking a look around but they had fantastic deals. Their customer service was impecable. Colt went above and beyond to make sure everything went as seamlessly as possible and when any hiccups arose did his absolute best to sort it out asap. He also made himself available for any questions I might have and told me I could inquire at any time. The whole team has been nothing but wonderful during my experience. Would recommend :)

I purchased a 2016 Outlander from K-W Mitsubishi and it was a very pleasant experience. The sales manager was helpful and had great knowledge on the vehicle. We were able to go on a test drive almost immediately and the dealership was able to accommodate to our needs. The vehicle was cleaned up and ready to go when we arrived to pick it up. I will definitely be returning for my next vehicle.

I've recently experienced some strange sounds in my transmission for my Mitsubishi Evolution X and i brought it in for them to check it out. The staff was incredibly friendly and walked me through what to expect step by step, making sure i understood my options. They were able to help me replace my transmission under my warranty and i am incredibly excited.

Went into Mitsubishi dealership in Waterloo last week looking for a vehicle to purchase. I was treated very well by Colt a sales associate at the company whom was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Although I left without a purchase I would definitely go back. They had a nice selection of vehicles and were very pleasant to deal with. Thanks for the good experience Colt!

Marcus and Nigel were awesome. Marcus was very helpful and made buying a vehicle an easy and enjoyable experience, appreciate his effort. He will go the extra mile to help and was very friendly. Nigel was great to deal with also and very friendly. He was very informative and knew his stuff. Any questions I had he was able to answer and was very polite with myself and my kids. A very friendly atmosphere and would recommend buying from KW Mitsubishi.

I'd give the staff (Colt & Marcus) 5 stars! Got Everything I wanted and More! I contacted Colt Kowall through the Mitsubishi website. He got back to me within an hour and listened to everything I wanted and presented myself with the best options within my price range. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't make the experience feel rushed or pressured. The finance manager Marcus was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I was getting the best. Overall, I'm very pleased with my car purchase with Colt and Marcus and wish to do further business with them. Make sure to request Colt if you want it done right!However, 0 stars for the company. The manager O.J. made plenty of broken promises to myself and other consumers. He never got the job done and is still owing myself over $400 and 2 window repairs (passenger and front windshield). The money was suppose to be ready for pickup at the dealership multiple times (8 times to be exact) but when I'd get there he'd make an excuse. O.J. told me it would be mailed to me on September 11, 2017. The dealership kept promising to fix the issues with my windows but repeatedly switched my appointments since the day I bought my car June 27, 2017. They even neglected to tell me the company was closing. I was told Victor from service would fix my windows immediately and I'd get a rental car for the wait.

K-W Mitsubishi were great! So helpful, friendly, caring, etc.!Right up until the point that I bought my car...literally that second, I swear, everything shifted.Car didn't have a pre-inspection done, charged for optional accessories that apparently they thought I should have, tried to charge me $103 to see if my tire was flat (it's flat trust me, hence why I'm bringing it in to get fixed, service manager is rude...I could go on and on but my hands are getting tired, you get the point. BEWARE of this place!! And why can I not give 0 stars? 1 star makes it seem like they actually did something helpful.

Summary: great company, great roadside assistance, but very unskilled and unprofessional technicians.I travel frequently for work and this past weekend, I had the misfortune to lose my key and lock myself out. Mitsubishi's roadside assistance was phenomenal in helping me get a tow truck and unlocking my car. But since it was a push start, I had to get a new key.Justen and his manager were very helpful and I was able to get a new blank key. But a simple 20 minute key-programming job took the technician 2 hours. A week later while driving, I discovered that my horn didn't work. So when I opened my hood to investigate, i found my fuse box opened, and loose fuses were just laying in there. I had been on the road for a week!The technician not only took 6 times longer to do a simple job, but didn't even check his own work! I hope the management could give some better training to their technicians, otherwise there will be disaster waiting on the roads for unsuspecting customers.

I bought a used RVR two weeks ago. If anyone understands the process of buying used, it can be very stressful getting the vehicle up to standards before taking it home...I am a very picky person and I had a long list of must haves" before I was willing to sign on the dotted line. I also had my vehicle wrapped in raspberry pink fizz. It took a couple of returns to get it all sorted out but it all was thanks to the staff who were willing to listen
