I went to Cindy for lazer hair removal just over a year ago. The third appointment for my bikini line left me scarred. Literally. I left with burns and later took myself to my local walk in. I confronted Cindy and she blamed me for it, wanted to charge me for (possible) repair and openly admitted i wasn't the only client left scarred. Be careful with at-home specialists. There's nothing to protect you.

I have been going to Cindy for over a year and a half now for waxing and laser hair removal. Her space is very professional and makes you feel like your in a spa like setting. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Cindy. She is very knowledgeable and really cares about her clients. 10/10 would recommend Cindy. She pays attention to detail and will make suggestions to help with skin care as well as I have bad skin and she gave me a treatment to try for my face that was amazing! This woman knows her stuff. Will forever keep going back!
