If you can’t train your staff properly then please do that .. Tell them how to talk to the customers and please ask them for their previous experience before you hire them. They are just here for money and this will lead to closing of your store. I haven’t such rude ladies ever. Please teach them English also because me and friend ordered the same thing three times without lettuce then why they added it every time. And that lady with pimples on her face had no regret.

Staff provides rude customer service. Need to train staff properly and advise to allocate trained staff on front counter and ask them use sorry or thank you word .

When I questioned the price I paid being about $2 higher than the price on the menu board, it was explained to me that it's an old menu board and the computer has the new price. As if that is a viable explanation? Have they heard of false advertising? The woman at the register was definitely wearing a glove while using her phone, wiping crumbs off a counter and handling things that actually touch food without switching gloves or washing her hands in between. Another staff member was sitting on a step stool next to the counter on her phone. I'd have rated it one star, but they get a bonus one for the gravy.

Worst location in the tri-cities. Stay far away! The staff & mgmt are terrible. They told me today they do not carry vinegar any more.They were also out of salt.! Since when? Unreal. I'm reporting them to head office.

Seems KFC management doesn't really care anymore. Staff are sooo extremely rude. Ordered the coleslaw, they were out. Asked for mayo, they were out. Actually, I was told that they didn't have mayo packets. Alright okay can I have some mayo on a cup? The man, who's name he wouldn't write down so I took the liberty of guess working it, jursaver. He refused to put any mayo in a cup claiming that it was against company policy". He did not tell me that it was an extra cost which I would have paid but he chose to lie to me instead and refuse to give a small amount of condiment for no apparent reason. The least he could have done was give me his name but he yelled at me to figure it out myself. I hope you know what to expect and how you'll be treated if you make the mistake of eating here"

No wonder this place has a 2 point review.I would never order from this place again.The customer service is terrible.My take away order had missing items and when called to check if i could come over and collect, The representative was rude and openly refused to help me out as I did not have the receipt with me, I gave him the time and transaction details, Still no help.It was an argument over call. I wonder how a restaurant could argue over FOOD! Food for which I PAID! In the end I said they could keep my money and I don't need it and would definitely add this review in google so that another customer is not scammed.

Sneaky cashier. I asked for taco sauce with my taco take out. He said it is the bag. I opened my take out bag in front of him and no taco sauce. I ask for sauce again and he gave me two. Sneaky and cheap. Typical fitting their stereotype

I took a boy with autism as we were leaving the mall at 5:46pm and was told they were closed. I explained their hours show 6pm and I was told no 5:45 that's it and I explained they needed to then update the hours online to reflect that and I was again told 5:45 and anything else is wrong. Very poorly run. Every other place was still working hard.
