Great bags and a high cost. The worst customer service I have seen of late. Paid big bucks for a custom bag. Now the bag is starting to fall apart, it takes them 14 days to respond to a lifetime warranty" claim. Then they want me to pay an additional 25 USD for processing. Totally sketchy company

Can’t rate the backpack yet, but the customer service in store was great. It was my first time in the store and didn’t really know the options. Bonnie was helping me, he was super knowledgeable of all the bags. I really appreciated his customer service.

I went in recently to take a look at the bags and the Asian woman working there was one of the best customer service reps I have ever encountered. I feel bad that I didn't get her name but she was so warm and welcoming. She also showed me Sony bags that were totally what I was looking for without me even asking, but it really helped me my search. I would definitely recommend it this place!

Used to love this brand but their warranty is a bit of a joke. Purchased a backpack and the material started to peel in the corner after barely any use. Brought to the store and the employee told me if they had the same colour in stock they would just give me a new one, but since they didn't, the best they could do was offer me a trade-in for 20% off i.e. I would have to give them the defective one and buy a new one in a different colour at a 20% discount. Extremely disappointed in the warranty and service and won't be purchasing their products again after many years of being a customer. After spending so much on these products, I expected better warranty policies and services on par with other high-end brands.

Visited on morning of 21Oct21 to replace my old backpack which had a broken zipper. Salesperson was outstanding, helped me assess my options; perfect mix of help and time and distance for me to try out different bags. Ended up trading in my old bag for 20% my new one. Very happy with purchase and purchase experience.

Ive started out with their crossbody bag and fell in love with the magnetic flap. Ended up getting the Lane Commuter backpack afterwards. Really nice bags with different varieties of styles.Staffs are great too, really helpful and they educate you on their products. Always loved just stopping in this store whenever I'm in town.

Great to have one of the few Timbuk2 retail stores in Toronto. It neatly displays all of their bag options without being cluttered. Their models have distinct features and it's easy to find a bag that's the right fit for your needs. I have many of their bags in my household - all bags are high quality and will last for years.

I came in a few times to look at backpacks, and each time Boni was super patient and able to answer all the questions I had. His passion for the brand made me bite the bullet and order a Timbuk2 Division. When I'm in the market for a backpack again, I'll definitely be coming back and asking Boni for advice.
