I recently entrusted my dog Miya’s dental care to the team at Boundary Animal Hospital, and I am impressed by the level of care provided by both the veterinarian and the staff.Dr. Kassam displayed a great level of skill and expertise. His knowledge and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Dr. Kassam took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, addressing my concerns with patience and professionalism. The surgery itself was performed very well, ensuring the best possible outcome for my dog's dental health.The staff at Boundary Animal Hospital deserve appreciation for their compassionate and attentive approach. From the moment I walked through the doors, their warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. They provided support and guidance throughout the entire process, demonstrating their genuine concern for both Miya's well-being and my own peace of mind. Their professionalism and commitment to service were consistently apparent.The coordination and teamwork displayed by the staff was remarkable. I was particularly impressed when I received a follow-up call to check on Miya’s well-being after the dental surgery. The staff took the time to inquire about her progress, patiently listening to any concerns or questions I had. Their willingness to address any post-surgery issues or provide additional guidance reassured me that her health was their top priority. Thank you for taking care of my girl!

Been taking our fur babies here for years, absolutely love the staff and the service. The Dr is extremely accommodating and a very great vet. The staff is super nice and you can tell this is a vet practice that is not just in it for the money. They really take good care of your pets ❤️

I took my 8 year old Dachshund here to get these lumps on his underside checked out and the staff and doctors were incredibly caring and informative. They let me know everything that was going on and proceeded to help and treat LokiHe usually gets shy around people but I after I got him back he was quite a bit more sociable around people haha, he's been getting better since :)Thank you Boundary animal hospital!

The staff was very rude when they made the mistake to order the wrong food for my dog after waiting for 2 weeks to receive it.I tried even to talk to the Vet Dr. Kassim and they didn't even take responsibility. I also asked for all the files and documents to send to follow up with another Vet regarding the issue that Dr. Kassim said but they refused my dog’s scan and blood test result. I asked directly from Dr. Kassim. He refused to send me the file and he said we don't have time to send the documents.Very disappointing that I see no one cares about customer service anymore and trying to being rude and disrespectful to the customers. I don't recommend this place at all.

Finally, a place I feel safe taking Frank to! This is the first vet clinic that made me feel I am not being taken advantage of. The team is all very sweet, empathetic and kind. They truly love animals and want the best for your pet. The doctors don’t suggest a thousand exams and medications and surgeries and all those things. If you are like me, afraid of trying a new vet, because they always take advantage of you, don’t be afraid! Try boundary animal hospital!!

Well ... thanks to Dr. Kassam and his incredibly caring team (fingers crossed), it looks like we just might be around for some time yet. We are SO terribly grateful for taking such good care of us. You are like family to us! S & C XO

Caring and passionate staff that love animals. Knowledgeable and experiencee concise honorable doctor sir. Did not charge for syringes for the cat A/D food. The building parking is not super easy. They called to inform regarding updates positive and negative and to confirm before proceeding with tasks not included in estimates.

I have been taking all of my many pets to Dr. Kassam for many years. Even before he opened this practice on Boundary. He has always been so great with my cats and dogs and I trust him and his great staff to help me take care of my fur-babies. I can't recommend a vet more highly.

This review is long overdue, but I would like to thank the entire staff at Boundary Animal Hospital. A few months ago, they saved the life of our cat, Shylo, when she couldn’t eat or drink for nearly two days and our regular vet couldn’t accommodate us. Upon taking her home from Boundary clinic, she was back to her usual (and feisty!) self. This is our new vet moving forward. Thank you!
