Victoria was amazing helping my sister with her wedding makeup choices. Polite, sweet and engaging, my sister vowed to come back for lipstick but first review what else she required. We returned 2 days later for foundation, eyeshadow, lipstick and setting spray with money to spend. The enployee there (Paven) on the day we came with bridal veils and sashes was cold, unaccomadating, and didn't try to help with anything. Also, mask or not, a smile still goes a long way . 5 stars quickly became 3

This review is coming in a bit late.Was in the store for Black Friday, Nov. 25, 2022 - Emily helped me out and was very attentive to what I was looking for and getting it right (concealer shade match). She also helped me with a blush. She is super friendly and I would recommend her for assistance! Thank you, Emily!

The sales lady immediately stopped helping me/walked away when I was uncomfortable to be sitting in the chair at the mirror. I just wanted help with pressed powder purchase. I had my kid with me, I guess I'm not their type of customer. Disappointed didn't get to try this brand.

I recently had an eyeshadow palette shipped to me from this store and I am very happy with the product and the service I received! Nicole was extremely helpful over the phone and answered all of the questions I had. My palette arrived VERY quickly and I also found a personalized note and some skincare samples with usage instructions. I really appreciate the extra effort that was made by Nicole with my order. I have never really had a bad experience with MAC in general, but this was an exceptional one. Thank you!

I had my make up done yesterday by Maze in Guelph for a wedding we attended sept 30th. She did such an amazing job and everything was on point I will definitely be going back to have it done again for any occasion by Maze

We just left the Stone Road Mac and had the best experience. Ursula greeted us immediately and was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was friendly, funny and showed us tons of options for what we needed.When we left we chatted with Nicole the manager and she was equally friendly and warm. She had overheard we were shopping for our daughter and gave us some extra little samples and goodies for her which is way above and beyond what was expected. I have bought a ton of high quality makeup in my life and this was hands down the warmest, loveliest experience I have ever had. Thank you both you not only made our day but I can’t wait to show our daughter the items you helped us select for her. I’m so grateful.

I went there today for my birthday and didn’t know you had to spend a certain amount of money to receive your gift, the lady who was helping me realized I didn’t know this, so she gave me a huge sample, some stickers and a cute little ring so I didn’t leave empty handed. Such a sweet girl. Will definitely be going there this year and spending enough to get my gift next year because of how sweet she was! Would totally recommend this place.

Staff was extremely helpful matching my skin tone and giving me application tips for concealer, and how to properly use a brow pencil (I had only used other brow products before this). Letting me test different shades of lipstick, eye shadow, etc. I will definitely be going back to this location
