Tesla Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

Was my first time coming here (have the car since Jan. 2020 and never needed any maintenance until today). Quite frankly, reading some of the reviews here, i was scared to have a bad experience.Total opposite. Excellent service from start to finish. All smiles when you come in, great welcome at the counter. Waiting room so clean and big so plenty of space to work quietly.Nothing to hide, we did a test drive together. Discussed the diagnosis. They said it would take another 2 hours but it was fine for me since i brought my laptop to work. Was supposed to have the car ready for 7pm, they completed the repairs at 6:10pm! They re-programmed my valet keys for free and clearly gave the inside of my car (where they touched) a cleaning because it smelt nice and fresh inside and the dash had no more dust hahaAmazing service, great staff. Im very satisfied.

Service staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and checked everything out. Positive experience so far.

They are polite and well drilled to accept your money to repair your out of warranty car with pleasure. They do not offer proof of repair when requested. I am not trusting them and Tesla anymore. Ask for repair proof before getting a quote.My Tesla Model 3 is breaking apart at an unsustainable rate since it is out of warranty. More than 5000$ in 3 repair bills in the last 2 months (Now passed 8800+$ see edits in last 7 months). From honk, suspension, faulty cables, glass heater... Today I have a faulty front flasher and headlight and rear day light not working... Scheduling again.It just don't stop. I do not recommend this brand anymore since the last year. One really bad thing with Tesla is you are stuck to deal with Tesla directly. No competition and no real third party repair shop to put them in competition. Its the only place/price to get your car repaired and you will go there at some point, hopefully not as much as I do !I compare Tesla to a vending machine. It is cold, has no feeling, it take your money when a code appear in the screen. Too bad I recommended it strongly when I got my car first.EDIT: Finally Tesla replaced my front and read lights quick and fast for another 2300$ ! I am now at more than 7000$ of repair bill in 3 months and they act like if nothing is wrong in their bad product and I am just unlucky.EDIT 2: Yesterday side left and right cameras stopped working and I lost all security feature like automatic breaking, line assist, autopilot, blind spot and sentinel. Another visit at Tesla so I can give them more money ! Trying to guess with my friend if I will bust 10k$ total repair bills in 6 months ! Pretty crazy considering I have spent 5k$ repairs on my previous car in 6 years of ownership (Not 6 months out of warranty like this Tesla) of an Audi S4 2010 that I owned from 4 years old to 10 years old. But like the clerk told last time I was at Saint-Bruno I have a prototype 2019 Model 3 and I should budget for repair"... Smart guy he was and not me.EDIT: Now front suspension and autopilot cameras for another 1800$ repair bill. Tesla doesn't care it cost that much to maintain a car. I ordered 10 vehicles with the intent of renting them out on Turo, after waiting for 2 months, they randomly canceled my order and kept 2500$ of deposits saying I bought the vehicles to ''flip them' I asked to speak to a manager and no one has called me back. Now the rep is ghosting my follow-up emails. I've bought vehicles from them in the past... Never again! Terrible customer service!

Service people are extremely polite but please double check before leaving this center. They don't validate the work they do and you end up going back there multiple times. The mechanics are not in the habit of completing the work.One session I had to go back 4 times to fix a problem and second time I changed tires and they didn't bother putting air in the tires and they want to charge me extra $120 to complete the work.Don't leave the service before asking them to validate every item for you.As compared to Vancouver this center is a total disaster.

I booked to service my Tesla because of a weird son when turning. After charging an examination fee of 169$, the service team quoted 3500$ to change my whole suspension system. I ended up going to a different garage, they changed a defected piece and it costed me 250$ to fix the problem. I believe the service team at this shop didn’t even bother to check the issue, they simply decided to charge me the full package. Not recommended.

I would like to thank the St-Bruno team for their help throughout the transaction. Test drive, order and delivery could not have been better.

Not good experience in delivering the car, first car had damaged on body and they give me another one next week, on delivery day, first they told us the key card is in the car but it wasn’t there, when i go back to them i had to wait for 20 min till he finished with his customer and went to find the key an it took another 15 min, finally got the keys and when we back to finalize the sell the guy at the desk told me he is only selling and he will go and call someone from finance to finalize the sell then he disappeared and i was just waiting for half an hours and no one came back, employees just walking around and no one bothered to ask if i need help, I had to find some one else to finish sell. They don’t care about delivery. Very bad delivery service

The customer service is really good! They are super friendly!You may have to wait but their waiting lounge is super nice with complementary drinks!Just a few snacks would be perfect!

We recently required servicing on our Tesla during a family road trip to Stowe Vermont from Windsor, Ontario. This dealership was the closest to us and we were incredibly pleased not only with the work they did on our car, but the way they accommodated our family during this stressful time.
