Terrible and unprofessional customer service, I sent there by my insurance and I will not be getting anything done there. If you can choose anywhere else go elsewhere, Unless you like dealing with condesnding unkind people. Called to get the address and how to get there and couldn’t get a straight answer, fix auto should conciser pulling this franchise. I can’t belive how poorly I was treated.

My car ended up here on an auto claim. After receiving my car, I noticed several things wrong with it. I voiced this concern to the Fix Auto team and they immediately jumped on the opportunity to correct it. Moe and his team provide great service and I'm confident the issues will get resolved. One thing I will say is that the inside of the car should always be clean at the least after working on it. This is the second time I've had to clean all the dust out of my car. Simple microfibre wipe down would do the trick.
