Unprofessional and unorganized.They were amazing during one mortgage close so naturally we went to use them for a second one. They completely missed the closing date after changing the date to suit their schedule, and absolutely refused to take any responsibility for it and went so far as to blame the brokers. Then proceeded to tell us we were using “bad language and tone” in emails that we were also not doing.What a difference in transactions. I’m shocked.
