I have been using Pawsitive Vibes for almost 7 years! I know when my dogs are with them they are receiving the best love, attention and care. I have no shortage of positive things to say about the quality of service they provide. They are professional, organized and offer fair pricing. They are knowledgeable about dog behaviour and accommodate their services and care to meet every dog’s individual needs. They care for dogs as if they are their own. The community is very lucky to have them as a pet service provider.

Jaclyn and the team at Pawsitive Vibes Pet Care are amazing! I have a dog that is a rescue and Jaclyn knew how to handle her and her needs! She was always on time, sent updates and photos, and always took into consideration my dogs needs. I have and would again recommend this team of amazing people! Missy will return next year!

Jaclyn and Selena have been an amazing support to us with our dog Millie right from when she was just a puppy. They taught her how to walk on leash in a pack, socialized her with other dogs and have loved on her like she’s their own. It’s such a comfort to be able to trust people coming into our home. There are always photos and notes shared about each visit. We couldn’t juggle our busy schedules without the help from Pawsitive Vibes Pet Care. Would recommend to anyone!

Selena and Jaclyn are amazing! They have taken amazing care of my George since the moment they’ve met him! George’s best days are days he gets to spend with his pals at Pawsitive. We met Jaclyn 3 years ago when we moved to Hamilton proper from Toronto. PVPC came highly recommended by our precious dog walker, Liberty Pooch whose clients raved about the team. Winnie, our Rhodesian Ridgeback has been on the PVPC roster for 3 years now and the entire team is now part of our extended family. Jaclyn and Selena keep open lines of communication and send timely updates on all of Winnie’s activities. They’re extremely professional and organized. We appreciate that they match the dogs with other members of the pack based on their individual personalities. We’ve recommended the team to our neighbors and they’ve never disappointed us. Winnie loves Jaclyn and Selena and always comes back tired, which is usually a sign of a good day at daycare or pack walks.We love the flexibility too to mix up the services based on our WFH or work events out of town. They work with Winnie using positive encouragement and help her find her place in the pack.We couldn’t have asked for a better dog care provider in Hamilton for Winnie. 100% would recommend to anyone whose looking for a positive experience for their dog in the area. Pawsitive vibes pet care staff are amazing with our dog. They treat him like he’s one of their own. They pick him up and take him on trail walks, to parks, or backyard play dates with lots of other socialized dogs. We trust them implicitly. We love the pictures we get at the end of the day from his walks or play dates. It’s really nice to know he’s getting exercise, having fun, and socializing with different sizes and breeds of dogs.

Pawsitive Vibes Pet Care is the best in the business! Since 2019 the team at PVPC have taken incredible care of my dog, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. I never worry when he is with PVPC, knowing my dog is getting such good care, exercise, and socialization has made days at work less stressful when he's booked for a walk or day care day and trips away more enjoyable when he's boarding with them. He is an anxious, needy, and often barky cockapoo, but the amazing walkers and other dogs in the pack bring out the best in him and they never complain. Prices are highly competitive with other pet care providers in the region. The app PVPC uses is user friendly, simple, and they always respond quickly. Speaking of the app, the pictures they share of your pet will make your day :) Cannot recommend Pawsitive Vibes Pet Care highly enough!
