I have gone to Mandala Travel 3 times over the last two years to purchase flights. I have dealt with both Deise and Bruna, both are extremely helpful. Always give you the best price, especially for flights to and from Brazil. Highly recommend them!

After a misinformation from a staff, causing the impossibility of boarding, they refuse a refund, even tho the airline's company told me that was the case, Refund! NEVER again!Answer 2- that's not the true! Your staff (Denise) told us to go ahead with the proof of vaccine (paper one), telling us everybody was boarding this way, and if anything happens, she will fix it for us. She lied, but you guys are very unprofessional and let us without response for days, no way to contact the company. I'll make sure people understand that taking advantage in one customer isn't ok. Someone lied to us, to keep a refund? And no, I don't want to do business with you guys anymore! I don't trust the company.

I get quick replies when I deal with them by email. They made our emergency trip so much easier. We'll be definitely be their customers again for future trips!

Highly recommend Mandala Travel! Got to know Elena last year when we were looking for someone to help us book our summer trips. Elena is very professional, informed, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. We were able to book 2 trips with them and cannot recommend Elena and Mandala Travel to all of our family and friends.
