Such a terrible experience from this clinic. I was here around 3.15 pm and when I came in there was only 1 patient and after some time few patients came in. I got the token and after waiting for around 30 minutes they asked me to show the documents at the counter. Then they told me to sit until they call you and after waiting some time they called me in and one of the staff took me to a room and ask me to wait until the doctor comes and I have waited till 5.42 pm which is now and no one came to check. So I have to leave the hospital with painful knee such a painful experience.
