Great location.Busy in A.M. then tapers off in afternoon.Staff as always pleasant and knowledgeable.Parking is plentiful front and back.Easy access from Keele St North of #7.2 Dealer only windows for drop off. Could possibly take regular consumers at one til second is needed. Would help with congestion.All in All it's Service Ontario" and we have to use it or loose it.So make sure you have all info and documents w you to speed things up."

I just had my driver’s license and health card renewed. The staff here are super-friendly, courteous, fast and went above and beyond with their service. This was a Friday before the long weekend and the line up outside was at least 15-20 people long at closing. Instead of turning us away, they accommodated everyone. Which was very surprising and much appreciated. Thank you!

On May 1st only 2 clerks were working. There was a huge line outside waiting. Great and very efficient job the Goverment of Ontario! This is what we are paying our taxes for - to renew your driving license- you must line up for hours

Near keele and steel intersection and right next to the pakistan consulate this service ontario location is having a huge parking both at front and back with an exceptional customer service and timely management. All the associates were very nice and friendly. Note: This offers doesn’t provide the health card, only full service location allows that service with a required documents which I have mentioned in the pictures.

The brunette employee that helped me was really nice. I wish I had asked her name. She had her hair up in a bun and used glasses. Helped me with my replacement drivers license just now. Thank you! The location was very busy, though very clean and organized. Giving it a 5 star because other locations I’ve been were either dirty, messy, or the employees were all extremely rude. Sometimes all together.I wish we could go to service Ontario and not wait an hour (minimum) on the line for a 10min max service. Maybe one day!

It’s true that the lineups are pretty horrible. Had to wait for 1.5 hours to get in on a Friday noon. There was about 10 people aheah of me and it took about 7-8 minutes per person to finish their business. However, the person helping me at the counter “Soyoung” was very helpful and friendly. Which is uncommon because most serviceonatrio employees are quite unwelcoming and sometimes even miserable. But here the service was excellent.

Great service by all the staff members at Keele st location. Everyone there is super responsive and helpful. Quite a line up sometimes but they process each application quickly. Diana helped me with my first/New health card and it was super easy. You need following physical docs for the same1.Registration form (online or they can offer you form to fill up)2. Identity proof3. Residential proofServices provider at this location:-Health card services-Vehicle licensing services-Driver’s licensing services-Organ & Tissue donor services-Ontario photo card services-Accessible parking permit services
