Friendly staff

All Seniors Residences should be non-profit, as is The Ontario Finnish Resthome Association. The staff are warm, friendly and compassionate, the residences are immaculately maintained and the social activities make the residents feel cherished and valued. Not only have my mother and mother-in-law been residents here but I have also observed the operations of many seniors' residences. OFRA is top notch by comparison! We are so grateful for all that they do, every single day, for their residents!

Heidi Schell has made videos of the different types of rooms. We are downsizing into a 1 bedroom (large) apartment. The video has helped us to decide on what we can bring with us, and what we can't. Thanks Heidi.

I really like the management and how they conduct all aspects , I was given a wonderful tour and had everything explained. Talked with many residents there and all where happy to be their . everyone feels safe and looked after when needed. I'm looking forward to be able to live their soon . My mom lived there for 15 years or so and she loved it for sure. I think the rent prices are fair, not much can be done about inflation and operating costs, wages etc. This place has everything . you will not have this if you lived in an apartment building elsewhere The support of staff is great!!!!!! it feels like home with more family to communicate with daily . Hope to see everyone soon ,love to cook and bake to that kitchen will be fun.

This is an outstanding facility and assisted apartment facility for the elderly. Extremely friendly staff!

My parents have been residing in the assisted living facility for the past 3 years and we have had only good experiences with the facility and staff.A high level of personal care is provided.Mom and Dad are very happy there.

Good facility, but is a large money grab for the poor old people. Negative experience with this place
