Credit where credit is due, I respect this place for trying to offer some better options than comparable, grocery stores, and the prices really are quite fair, but this is not an organic haven like it claims to be —- and processed oils and preservatives still abound throughout the shelves. I came here in search of some variety in the dairy department, and was sorely disappointed; as this place is not even the most organic friendly store on the road it is on. The mechanical monkey, swinging over the bananas is frankly, pathetic, and there’s way too much plastic and Styrofoam packaging for any claims about sustainability to be taken seriously.I get it. This isn’t california. But 3.9/5, needs improvement and just some more attention paid in simple areas like bread. Everything looked stale and flavorless. You could do worse, but you could also do better. Friendly staff though.

The BEST in Cambridge for produce and meat. Always extremely fresh and trustworthy. No surprises = everything is tasty and quality. You don’t waste a cent throwing out expired or moldy food like Walmart or no frill. It even one-ups Zehrs- better prices and WAY better fresh items. I will buy my freezer and pantry stuff at no frills and come here for FRESH!

Farm Boy Cambridge is quite similar to the Kitchener location, boasting many of the same great features like a sprawling produce section, bakery, pizza and stir-fry counter, in addition to beer and wine (sales), a great big deli, and a 'Kitchen Table' area.Staff are friendly and courteous even at 25min before closing (which is when we found ourselves arriving). The quick sale produce was incredibly affordable, and of such a good standard that it seemed like a steal, and as we were leaving got to witness a local food bank picking up some items.Seasonal outdoor seating is also available at this location, and it is just steps away from a large park.We are so impressed with Farm Boy that we drive from Guelph!

Love Farm Boy brand products, fresh vegetables, fruit and meats. Never had a spoilage problem. Excellent variety of gluten free, vegan and dairy free products. I can find pantry items I never see at other stores. And it’s a pleasure to walk the clean aisles and well stocked store

Bought box of croissants today too ones fine the bottom layer was squashed flat. Not impressed

Love this store. Great products and very clean store!My latest favourites are the Lebanese garlic sauce “Toum” and their Thursdays chicken Shawerma sandwiches!

I was little disappointed. I went to last week then Sushi section was gone. It was good quality than the other grocery sushi. That's why, I love it. And I was looking for gluten free products. But, they don't have many.I got it Korean BBQ sauce and Teppanyaki sauce by store brand. I tried Korean BBQ sauce but taste was actually not Korean BBQ sauce. It was something else like salad dressing. It's difficult to explain but it was great taste! It's not strong taste. So, if you want to try different Korean BBQ sauce then please try it.

The prices in this store are off the charts. I seen this when it first opened and nothing has changed. $4.99 for a small pint of blueberries. I can get 3 used to be 4 of the same at the market. Juices $5.99. Insane. You have to have more money than brains to shop here. Everything I looked at was more expensive then even Zehrs that I stay away from. Good selection of stuff but prices that are just way too high. I did get a nice super fresh loaf of bread for $3.99 which is not too bad in todays market. Milk is the same price and this time they had my milk whereas the last time I was here they never did. I am going try the stir fry as I hear it is good but it was not ready on my last visit. This is the first time I have been in a Farm Boy in years. It has it's benefits I guess for those that like it but I can find what I am looking for a lot cheaper elsewhere.
