Just had my duct and vent cleaned, furnace checked. The crew team are very friendly and professional, wearing masks the entire time. They confirm the price, service detail, and reminded me to clear driveway the night before the appointment, and showed up at 9am as scheduled. Checked the duct and vent briefly, bringing the vacuum and blower in. They use a transparent sealing cover to make sure when they blow the debris to help vacuuming the duct, it won't splatter out, and clean everything up after remove the cover. They also spray solutions to disinfect with orange aroma to the duct before putting the vent back. At around 10:30am, their 3 man team had everything done, including furnace checkup, more than 30 vents and duct cleaning. I knew they can take cash, cheque and online payment, but I chose to pay with phone App to minimize unnecessary contact.Overall, I am very satisfied with their service, and efficiency. I would definitely call for their service next time.

Had young guy come over, I believe name was Ralph. Very personable.. did exactly as needed - cleaned all the vents of the dust/dirt inside them. Was on time and made sure not leave a mess as he was respectful of the home. Strong recommendation for anyone thinking of using this company

Due to the very rude behaviour of the New Owner Edward in the phone to me, I did a tiny bit of digging.Interesting that his website under ‘About Us’ shows the ‘Director of Operations’ as a Mr Adrian Simpson along with an array of his credentials.Strange though, that when you check in the review section you actually see a very positive review left by the same man to the same company he’s listed as the director of operations for..??Even stranger- if you tap on Adrian Simpson’s image in the review, he himself states that while he Was the owner previously, since October 2022 he has “ no further influence, involvement and or responsibility to these companies or to the owner.”So it begs the question as to why he and his credentials are still being represented on their website.

Scheduled an appointment. They kept me updated on my appointment. Technician Ralph arrived. Very professional and engaging. He acknowledged my winey dog who was wondering what was going on. Overall very good experience.

I've become a bit leery with duct cleaning companies with recent past experiences. After reading a few good reviews about POM, I decided to call and drill them with their process, and of course pricing. I think I put a little bit of fear into all the questioning, lol. But Elva came through with flying colours. When the two techs came out, they were on time. AMAZING! They did a walk-thru with me in my home, and I let them be. They were there longer then they said they would, (which is a GOOD thing!), and took their time and were meticulous in detail. I was not only impressed with their positivity, complete professionalism, but how polite they were. Elva at the office was pleasant, (sorry if I scared ya! lol!), and was very sincere and upfront. Rare these days! Their work and the company name? Peace Of Mind? Is exactly what I got. Peace of mind! Thanks guys!! I will most certainly call you guys again!

I have had many plumbers/gas fitters/furnace replacements/repairs done with various companies throughout the years for myself and for clients. I have personally had 3 different crew members complete services for me and each time has been very satisfactory. Adrian and his crew are ethically minded professionals who work to get the job done. The technician, Christian, he was so professional, knowledgeable, and politely. At the end he also taught me how to change a furnace filter and where can buy them and so on. We were happy with his service, and will continually choose Peace of Mind Duct cleaning.

We've done a bunch of renos and thought our ducts were probably a mess. The guys at Peace of Mind Duct Cleaning came in and took care of everything - cleaned our ducts (tons of debris there) and our dryer vent. Now our furnace is not noisy at all. Great work, super nice guys!

We had our ducts cleaned and the results were wonderful! Two men came on time and they were wearing mask and shoes cover. After the cleaning, I can feel difference the air. I HIGHLY recommend using this company if you want your ducts cleaned properly. Price is reasonable. And pricing listed on website and what we were charged.
