Been here for almost 7 yrs. can’t say the park stands by their own rules… for instance PARKING… please park in front of your own home… visitors included . Well…… have asked the park numerous times for help regarding the guy across the street and his customers that use my home as a parking lot. Well… the park just puts the monkey on YOUR back… they don’t enforce any of their OWN rules !! No help ! Again all weekend long…. People coming and going …(hmmmm) just yelled at a guy blocking my drive … why? Because my other parking spot was already being used. Just real tired of it! So buyer … BEWARE!

They allow residents to hang confederate flags but will right you a ticket" for your lawn not being maintained. Don't move in here"

My family has a place here and I love it. Very peaceful and clean, the people are friendly. There is a really nice park with a pond, playground and tennis court in walking distance. The only downside can be the parking at times, but they have a guest lot by the tennis area.

We have lived here 2 years and enjoy it. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. Park management does a well job keeping the park upkeep.
