Centro Residential Apartments

Management does not respond to emails or voicemails. Instead of replying to this review with a rehearsed response, how about you actually take action?

Lived here for a year, moved away as I wanted to be closer to work. I had minimal issues as the unit and its appliances were newish but the couple issues I had were responded to quickly. Seems like recently management has improved and have been trying to better communicate with tenants. Not too much noise in the area, was fairly accessible. Street parking was ok. No extra hassle with move-in or move-out.

Rented an apartment here way back. Terrible experience overall; slow building management, place wasn't well kept, common areas were frequently dirty (i.e. puke in the elevator for weeks). Would not deal with this company ever again.

I had a fantastic experience living in this place. The building is clean and well-maintained, and Stenellie and Jemma promptly addressed any requests.

moved in about 2 months ago. the building is honestly lovely and the price is not bad considering the area and what's within walking distance. the 1 star is from how terrible it has been to try and communicate with the building management company.

No way to reach management in a timely manner. Locked out of unit as the lock battery died and building management out of reach...

I love this building. Everything is always clean and organized. I recommend to clients and friends. The maintenance team is great and always helps. Living in an apartment like Centro has been one of my best decisions for over 6 months. The management system is very responsive. Anytime I need something done in my apartment, the response rate is rapid. The apartments are very spacious with top notch appliances at very good rent rates considering being located at the city center. The roof top patio is amazing, giving a beautiful view of the city. Thanks to Jemma and MacDonald for always making sure the apartment building is well maintained, and for providing the best services to the occupants.
