We had very positive experiences at this store, maybe they have new management? In December 2019 my husband and I got new phones and then in March 2020 we got a business phone. Fast, friendly people and it's nice to get all those PC points.

Azba & Devesh helped me today to select a plan. Both were highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They made the plan selection process super-easy and my experience very delightful. I would strongly recommend this outlet for your cell phone needs. I would also like to thank these two wonderful employees for their efforts to go the extra mile. They said they waived my activation fee and it would show as a credit on the second invoice. It wasn’t waived and I had to waste 2 hours calling in to get this fixed.

Had a couple different encounters with Devesh and each time he was friendly, patient, professional and helpful. He wasn’t pushing any products on us. Gave us a lot of information on different plans and different phones, and even the option of coming back on another date for the possibility of a better deal. I usually dread dealing with my phone plan but he made it very smooth and quick.

Wanted to get Shaw mobile service. The clerk's had no clue about how to switch me from my current provider. On top of that they lied that they knew how! Very bad customer experience.

They have amazing deals. I dealt with the manager there her name was Lovepreet. She is really knowledgable and professional. She made this whole task of changing phones for our family very easy. She was also helping her staff and making sure other customers are also satisfied. Great customer service experience. We had so many questions and she answer all our questions very patiently.
