I can’t say enough good things about this service, the people that run it and work there. So kind, professional, trustworthy and amazing with children. I’m very hesitant to leave my daughter in the care of others and it’s so hard to find good trustworthy help in Vancouver so I’ve been juggling everything myself for 5 years but now I feel confident that she’s 100% safe and cared for so I can focus on other things, like my business, when necessary. The owner actually filled in so I didn’t have to cancel my appointments over the weekend, so grateful.

My first experience was wonderful. She booked me a lovely nanny on such short notice, very accommodating. Then I started to use her service more and more. You are given the nanny's profile and a picture via email. She send you a picture of the nanny with the child from their visit. I feel comfortable that my kids are well-taken care of. Thank you

I wanted to thank Nanny Nearby for their extensive understanding, patience and do diligence on helping us with our daughter. They offer random home checks to make sure things are going smoothly and always have a backup nanny in case of any mishaps. They are quick to respond and go the extra mile to get someone perfectly suited for your family. I cannot say enough about this amazing company. Highly recommend.

So we had an emergency situation and needed a nanny asap. The booking system was so easy and even their support understood our situation. They were very cooperative and helped us a lot. This place is our to go child care service, specially if we need to book last minute.
